Exactly, probably mostly (Only ?) introverts can get how he feels while answering these questions. Nothing wrong with Nina, she is funny as hell, simply these two are hardly a match, unless they ease into each other bit by bit.
Leon is quite likeable but sheesh he needs to loosen up in interviews. You did a great job Nina !!! He actually made eye contact with you which is rare with him.

A lot of guys will vibe with her as she asked these silly questions because she's attractive. If this was anyone else doing this interview style with these questions, they wouldn't be doing interviews for long.

Okay, this might be a bit deep but I think the UFC and MMA media are doing a horrible job of promoting the fighters. They only ever talk about their skills, past fights, and some abstract fight stats that no one cares about. You Nina are the only one to actually get into their personalities and make them seem relatable and fun. This is... the first time I've seen Leon Edwards as either fun or entertaining. Keep doing what you are doing, this is so fresh.

I've been saying that too! It's hard sometimes for these fighters to show personality especially when English isn't their first language so it's tougher to relate to them, but Nina is really helping me become a fan of fighters I might not be, or know too much about, just from her interviewing them. It's great what she does! Great comment too!
Leon grew up in one of the deadliest hoods in the world in Jamaica seeing people shot regularly, then moved to Birmingham UK, joined a gang (Top Boy type), street fought often and got arrested for weapons possession. The questions like the food Nina asked him about are things only white grandparents born in the 30-50s would know and eat. Him saying there are different cultures in UK meant "you realise I'm black and you're asking me about the whitest niche British things ever".
Well the questions were a generalization of a place as a whole, nothing to do with race. To assume “because he’s black” he must not share this culture is a bit … ignorant in itself I feel … if anything this would be a place for him to tell me how it was for him instead, that’s how you learn about people.

As a British PoC myself it's just funny to see you ask a 'roadman' in the UK about Pork F*ggots and Pease pudding, I assure you no non-white or young person is eating these foods from the World War era (they're like Great Depression foods)🤣It's more about culture (he's Jamaican) and age than race and I wouldn't blame a Yank for not knowing. It's a bit like getting 21 Savage on interview and asking him about meatloaf or Matzo Ball soup, it's just funny.
