Sorry another comment! The Merlin Trials sapped my love for the game at the end of my Ravenclaw playthrough. The difficult bit is not that there are 95 of them, but some of them don't appear on the map until you get close to them, which took hours the first time What you also may have realised the spawning of the beasts is a bit of a crapshoot. Sometimes you can have a flock of six Jobberknolls all of the same sex so you have to go back. Similarly at 34:55 you mention needing to capture a female Graphorn. On one of my playthroughs I got a male when I returned to the den after defeating TLotS, which means you have to defeat the male and (hope) you get a female next time round And if you want your character to wear a favourite outfit. Best of luck because the game will torture you mercilessly! I tried for HOURS to get my Gryffindor the Capricious Vest uniform, then when I finally managed to buy it from Gladrags it turned up twice later on!! Grrr Aargh!!! Although there is one silver lining to all the collectable hunting. At least they ain't Korok seeds!
thank you for sharing. Ya I had to kill 4 Graphor's I believe to get the set and the number of collectables was draining. I think this game did a good job with them in terms of variety but just to many.
I have 100% this game as a Ravenclaw. I tried to do the other three houses but I had to miss a wand handle because a crucial lock was missing off a building! All achievements is a little different, for instance you only need to breed 10 beasts for 100% as opposed to All Achievements where you have to breed all 12, although I did do this on one playthrough
