I believe you can do collabs on timed mode, unless I missed the memo on the update that patched it. It used to be the speed strat with aqua to speed build broken dreams, and then sit on the edge of the map and finish in a little over 3 minutes.

Yep collabs were disabled in time mode as of version 0.6; precisely to address these sorts of dominant strategy issues I'm guessing

When Awakened, Suisei's main weapon gains +150% crit damage and is guaranteed to crit. The extra crit damage is additive with most other sources of crit damage, such as Hope Soda and ATK Up Stamp. The Bomb Stamp inherits the extra crit damage, but not the guaranteed crit.
Suisei's Stellar skill is directly affected by the Beetle item. Her Stellar skill is not directly affected by almost all other damage modifiers. Her Stellar skill deals the damage of the crit that activated it, which can then be multiplied by the Beetle item. Suisei’s Stellar skill is not affected at all by the damage modifiers from Piki Piki Piman, Devil Hat, and Ninja Headband.
Suisei's Block Master skill is affected by Beetle. The Beetle item will not double buff the attacks from her Stellar skill that are activated by Block Master.
Suisei’s special counts as ranged and skill. This means her special is affected by Focus Shades, Beetle, and the Skill Up upgrade from the shop. The Beetle item will not double buff the attacks from her Stellar skill that are activated by her special.

Beetle ends up being a pretty good item then hm? It is a shame that the chain reactions from Stellar end up not being affected, but the special being affected really is a curveball. It must be because the special is *that* derivative of her existing skill, right down to all the minute properties. Thanks for watching!
