- This golden fried chicken breast cutlets with white gravy always turns out moist, juicy, and very crispy. I actually won a blue ribbon for this recipe a few years ago. Golden Fried Chicken Cutlet
1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast pounded to 1/4" thickness and cut into smaller serving-sized pieces
Meat tenderizer sprinkled on one side and rubbed in
Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic Seasoning sprinkled liberally on one side and rubbed in
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup whole buttermilk
Oil for frying

3 tablespoons bacon grease, oil, shortening or lard
3 tablespoons flour (either all-purpose or self-rising)
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
1/8 teaspoon sugar
2 cups whole milk

Elaine( my new best cooking) bud chicken yum& sorry about your pouch try heating up a folded small fleece(kid size) light spray microwave&only warm to your own chest put it on that part while a cuddle best loving comfort breaking the pain cycle one any1-human or not is a heal help🙏

Enjoy your videos , except wish you would use a another utensil instead of an egg fryer that bangs around and clank so much it would be more desirable to listen to otherwise I enjoyed it.
