This is so simple and the key to meditation. I’ve struggled in the past to concentrate and focus but these specific recommendations have allowed me to master this and rest my mind. I am experiencing the benefits of this beautiful practice. Additionally, I stop periodically throughout the day to practice and find this genuinely clears my mind and has allowed me to process the death of my father.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH VENERABLE THAY. Your wisdom is admirable. This twenty minutes are full of nutritional food for the whole body. I love when you say that concentration is born from mindfulness; mindfulness is the mother, concentration is the doctor.... My honor and gratitude to you great teacher of me. Evangelina Cortes.

I learned that concentration is one-pointedness from Swami Kriyananda, and that by nature, it requires effort, at least in the beginning. When concentration becomes effortless, then the experience changes to meditation, which is effortless concentration

    🙏🏻sharing this anyway🙏🏻🌸🙏🏻
Shame on all those adults in
charge that have showed up out loud their true colors.
    And contribute to the chaos.
Thank you for the opportunity to share my opinion under the blessing of free speech.
Simply this...In my professional position of construction superintendent and project management.
Never once did I allow anyone to buy me lunch. Why?
It’s what a responsible Adult In Charge should Take A Stand On.
For no one puts food in my belly then words in my mouth. Period!
I’m a servant at work in a position in trusted against any and all forces tiny or tall that might arrest my focus attention and abilities to perform better than yesterday!
    Dare I say.......
    May God Bless America
And all those that look upon and all those that dwell with in.
