I’m 80 next year but about 10 years ago I went to Plum Village in the middle of France to meet this incredible man. When I arrived, I was invited to go and help myself to some food and sit down at the table with Monks and some lay people. I sat down and started eating my food, I looked up and there at the other side of the table was the man I had come to see.👍🙏☺️. Just being in his presence wasn’t incredible and emotional moment I shall treasure
Beautiful teaching. We miss you, Thay.
It doesn't matter where you are right now on this planet‚ I wish you a peaceful life where all your dreams come true!❤
I love to listen to him speak. I thought this was going to be a guided meditation, where you are talked through the process, but this is a bit different. Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh suggests using the breath while being aware of nature, or for example your eyes. Things that we can be grateful for. "Breathe in, I am aware of my eyes; breathe out I smile to my eyes" . 💕
His words are beautiful and powerful 🌬️🌱
❤️🙏❤️
A very quiet and peaceful atmosphere inside. May all people, all species on this earth move towards compassion, and live in harmony. In memory of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
Thank-you teacher 🙏❤
May all beings be well and happy. May we meet again...
I’m sure I’ve heard of Thich Nhat Hanh many times before, but he appeared in my CZcams feed recently - at a time when I needed his voice and wisdom, at a time in which I was ready and receptive to his message.
I want to absorb as much of his shared knowledge and love as possible… and I come to find out he established a monastery a few miles away from me in Escondido, which I am thrilled to have an opportunity to visit. I feel blessed to know that he has touched my home town directly. I have just started to practice his walking meditation, it is what I have needed, so badly. It will take me time to gain this skill, lol.
With all respect, honor and love,
Thank you 🙏🏻
He changed my life, relationships, health etc. RIP 🙏
The practice of mindful breathing has more than one time brought me back on the track of mental sanity when I was lost in despair or tortured myself with depressive thoughts. It is so simple but nevertheless so powerful. The peaceful voice of Thay is the best illustration of its powerful effect. Thank you Thay 🙏
Bless you Thich Nhat Han! For your wise beauty! 🙏💙🙏
I have been listening to this for several years and there are things happening in my life that I am now aware of and I wasn’t before. Please have an open mind and don’t overthink just do what he says… You can trust him, and I believe it will be a very positive influence in your life🙏
Farewell to the master. Thanks for your guidance.
His voice is compassion ❤

Really having observed Master's teaching experienced and understood how it can be implemented in my classroom two days ago, it was a wonderful experience with my students the practical aspects of Mindfulness- it is the need of the hour- "I am at home" and felt the presence of Master in my breath. It's really a blissful moment in my life. I'm Sangam Saranam Gachhami 🙏🌧️Cloud never dies

While there are multiple mindfulness practices in which to partake, my favorite and the one that best suits me is definitely mindful breathing. It comes my system more quickly than than any of the others. Find one that best suits you, practitioner, and pursue it wholeheartedly.
This is so powerful. So simple. So powerful. So much Love.

True meditation from a true nondual master :)
One doesn't DO meditation. Your natural "state" IS meditation :') Just not a play of words, but a significant "pointing" to your own Self
Beautiful meditation❤ thank you for sharing.🕉

Thank you, so wonderful! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank You! This was beautiful. Breathe in and breathe out
I find myself Time and time again indulged by this meditation. It gently demands my attention and I don’t realize how much of a trance I’m in until it’s over. ✨

this is not a meditation but a guide to meditating.
Stop the thinking. How wonderful and TNH makes it sound real, sense. Just stop the mind chasing.
What if I'm blind. How can I get in touch with my eyes
I never saw it this way before...
What if you do not have eyes?
Smile to the other senses you have
No need to have physical eyes to truly see. You see with real vision.
True. Sadhguru says the same about the kingdom of God which is now at the present moment. Namaste
I DO wish we could stop the constant visuals of the active sound line.
should you breathe in through nose, out for mouth?
Normally nose in and out as it calms the mind...
🕯️🙏🕯️
Manistee
This is a very valuable talk but it wasn't meditation
during meditation i can hear the sound of my breath 😭 does it affect the meditation . pls reply
you could make the sound part of your meditation name it hearing, hearing and then bring your focus back to the sensations of the breath.
Observe the sound of your breath when you inhale... observe the sound of your breath when you exhale...
@@ernestocarulla8114 thx
No, it will not affect your meditation.... continue he mindfullness
No. Wheras you are luck.
So basically, this person is saying that anyone who doesn’t have vision or who is blind is terminally unhappy
There was Buddha, then Jesus, then our dear Thich Nhat Hanh, the most Divine, sacred teachers that walked Earth. 😌🙏🤲💫
Did he say our mind is in China😂
