Could you do a video about what techniques to do when? I struggle with some very unpleasant anxiety last couple of days (nothing unusual but very unpleasant). I'm just lost in what breathing exercise to do.

Great video again, Kitaro. Have you looked into breathwork where first focus is brought from your head "chatter" into the base of your spine, so that you're not "in your head" but operating from the root of your body, then uncomfortable and uneasy sensations and emotions (usually they rise up on stomach, chest and throat area) are invited to rise up while breathing in a relaxed manner (temporarily not feeling that nice) then acknowledging them, accepting them fully, "breathing into them" and then releasing with pranic breathing while visualizing them leaving your body. Strangely it is something that helps me anytime I'm getting built up anxiety. This one was from a program called Transformation Mastery.
I guess it depends on the type anxiety. Mine seems to be some emotional trauma based that I can't point my finger at and it just flares up during rough times in my life. Just something you might want to take a look at in addition to all your amazing breathwork variety :)
I am just dealing with this! Anxiety got triggered by something normal in life and then I can't seem to get out of this loop for days on end.
Is there any guidance on this? Could you tell me more about this breathing practice?

I really love und appreciate your breathwork videos! Especially those of the WimHof-Tecniques are my favourites! Unfortunately I have the impression that since a couple of weeks I get kind of a ringing in my ears after the breathing which stays more and more during daily life routine. Is there any possibility of a connection between the breathing technique and my "Tinnitus"?
