Had the 12 pro max and got the 15 pro. It’s been great to use w/ one hand & easier to carry. The pro maxes are still like mini tablets to me

Great video. I went from the 12 mini to the 15 Pro and honestly I’m loving it. The main reason as to why I got the 15 pro was due to the trade in deal with Verizon that was good enough for me to trade in without paying too much money for. I never got a pro model phone usually would just go for the base model but the base 15 from reviews is good to if you don’t want a pro. Another reason is the 120 refresh rate, after seeing the difference in 60 to 120 from my PS5 I realized that 120 is just way smoother and snappy, overall I with the 15 Pro I plan on keeping this phone for about 3-4 years like I did with the mini.
Though I’m a huge fan of the mini, this is a great upgrade that brings a ton of upgrades! What color did you end up going with?
@@JSLReview I ended up going with the natural titanium. For the most part I felt like this year of pro colors weren’t really all that great compared to the other pro models. The natural titanium for me was just the best looking for this year hopefully soon they will make another color for the titanium color ways
Great video. I planned to switch from the iPhone 15 Pro to the Pro Max. However, I decided to stick with the Pro do to the size and comfort. Keep up the good work, brother!

My fave feature of the 15 Pros has to be the lighter titanium frame. My kids bought the mid year green 13 Pro, and I've always disliked the weight of their phone. Having held the new Pro phones in my local Apple Store, colour me impressed. I'll definitely be upgrading from my XS to a 15 Pro next year, ... just haven't decided which one. I'll also be using a MagSafe grip and bumper. I want to show off whatever colour I end up getting - no full cases for me.

Got my Pro Max a few days ago after waiting for almost 2 months (preordered mid September LOL). I love the bigger screen and battery as I always had the smaller Pros. Glad I made the jump to the larger size as I never trusted myself with it
Going from the XS to 15 pro, love every bits of it lol. Im gonna do the same and keep it 5 to 6 years.
It’s hands down the best iPhone I’ve ever owned, I thought the 13 pro max was amazing but man this thing is so perfect! I would though love to see the return of the completely rounded frame like iPhone X in titanium! That would be amazing for the 16!

Just got my I Phone 15 Pro and the biggest problem is while using the speaker my phone make crackling sound and cannot hear well as my friend would tell me I cut in and out….I Phone need to take a look at this quick and give us customers explanation.
I have a 12 pro max and im really thinking about downsizing to the pro. I love the battery life in the PM but holding it one handed isint very comfortable and starts to hurt my pinky after awhile. Think ill get a 15 pro and a Anker charger to carry around in my bag incase i need more battery

I had both the 15 Pro and Pro Max and returned the PM in favor of the Pro. You’re right, the life of the PM was amazing, but it wasn’t as comfortable as the Pro esp. when you add a case. Also, something that you didn’t mention in this video is how the 2X - 5X zoom range looks terrible on the PM since it is cropping digitally vs the Pro’s 2x-5x. I found more times than not that the PM 5x would digitally crop more than optical which was annoying esp. in low light. In my opinion, the PM isn’t worth the upgrade subjectively speaking.
So 3-5x camera IS THE most important for me, I should get the Pro for sure?
I’ve actually never had any problems with the PM camera zooms they look beautiful
The battery life of the iPhone 15 Pro Max is extraordinary… matching or exceeding the legendary iPhone 13 Pro Max at launch.
And the 15 Pro Max is more comfortable to hold compared to older models. But of course the smaller 15Pro will be more so. But I don’t find the larger brother bothersome (I’ve held both).
And the zoom is great. I find that there’s a trick to get better 3x zoom the 15PM. Just let the camera sensor focus on the subject just a bit longer… it actually produces sharp looking images without making them look over processed.

iPhone always on display doesn’t display all the time. It turns off in dark room and only turns the display slightly on when it detects motions.

256 for the regular consumer. If you’re into shooting a ton of video then 512.

I have a quick one for you. I had the 12 pro max and just got the 15 pro today. Decided to get the smaller size because I’ve always wanted to know how joy feels to have a smaller phone, but I’ve ran into a few things so far. I opened TikTok and IG and it instantly is blurrier than what I’m used to. I’m not sure how to fix it since I love the size in my 15 pro but I want it to be clearer than what I’m seeing right now. How can I fix this? Let me know. Thank you.
You might try Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text Size then adjust the functions like Transparency and Contrast.
What’s with the trade-in deals? The only way you can trade in is if you use one of the three carriers. Why did they do this? They’re losing a lot of business.
Went from the 11 Pro to the 15 Pro and the difference is massive, I love the new 15 pro. Just amazing in pretty much every aspect.

Actually haven't had a single issue with it overheating yet whether charging or not. I know the first week or so it got kinda hot when using it heavily but when apple released a hotfix for it those problems disappeared.@@dave-yw1wi
How long does the battery last for you from regular day use?
I upgraded from iPhone 11 PM to the 15 PM. I honestly love it. The camera has been really great and I love the battery life on the 15

Why do the iPhone 15 pro and pro max look like they have different screen colours? The 15 pro looks more vibrant in the wallpaper and even the side by side video comparisons 5:19

I had to return it since no one talked or talks about the 2yo issue with the proximity sensor in the dynamic island, no 3rd party app works properly when listening to audio files, the screen doesnt turn off but it activates the call speaker. Tons of people have it in the 14 pro, and it doesn’t happen in the 12 or 13.

All are pretty solid, black if you want something classic that won’t get old, blue or natural if you want something more unique

I had issues with my 14 pro max battery, it didn’t impact all units but that’s what’s pushing me to recommend the 15 pro. But if they’re the same price, that’s a harder choice. Both are very similar so it’ll come down to battery and size.

I have a 13 mini and I love it so much. I did buy myself a iPhone 15 pro as an early Christmas present.
I got my wife a 13 mini because she has small hands. It's pretty great. Better size, less intrusive notch. 60hz are a bummer though. I wish the general market wouldn't skew towards giant phones so much. I feel it's because most people use phones as their computers and for media consumption more than productivity.

15 pro so far for me is good, battery life is the only concern, some folks are experiencing low screen on time. It was the same with the 14 pro to be fair.

I feel like it takes up more screen than before and some content also gets oddly cut out. I only made the switch because of the usb-c port for a one cable setup. Usually I can adapt but the island is always in my view.

It's a great big fail. Numbers and symbols (including , and . ) are on a different screen from the letters. I had hoped to get rid of Google altogether, but Apple maps is as lame as it was on the iphone 6, so back to Google again. Extra clicks to do almost ANYTHING compared to my S9. Not going in to detail, but there is much, much more. However, my vision is going and it is easier on my eyes, and the photo quality is better. That's it, period.

Bro, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro can take 12 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. But iPhone 14 Pro and 15 Pro can only take 10 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. Why ?

I'm curious about this because, 12-bit = 68 billion colours. But, 10-bit = 1.07 billion colours. That's a huge difference.
If iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro cannot take 12 bit photos, that seems to be a huge downgrade !

Most bug has remained unpatched since last year’s OS. For instance, the notification bug is still on the current iOS version. Apple’s incompetence is beginning to show up through their inability to mend the bugs in iOS for the sake of their users. I thought this year is supposed to be a “REFINEMENT” year but I don’t even see it. Where? When it’s even buggier than Android OS.

@@michaelthapa4913my s23U is a really great device. I also have 15 pro max. I had the 13 pro max. I prefer the new iPhone over the 13 pro max mostly because of the weight difference and the usb-c. The s23U is still an excellent device I couldn’t do without. You really can’t go wrong with either these days.
Nice bugs? I was an avid Iphone user for years. I was even in the iOS17 beta for a year before switching to the Pixel. Iphone had very very little bugs, so I have no idea what you're on about bud. Im switching back from Pixel to Iphone because android is a hot mess.
