You'll find the right people for your business. If there's a few suggestions that I could make, is if you're going to be building a bigger branch, why not use Monday (it's a website; I think Mike knows about it more than I do). I always hear about it for organizing your team and the missions for them to fulfill. The other is a whiteboard for you and the faculty to discuss ideas on whenever there are meetings? Take it one step at a time and try not to overwhelm yourself. You're still in the beginning stages of your successful business.
@2:22 -- totally agree -- 1 on 1 feels so much easier to interact than multiples b/c multiples you feel you have to tune in on multiple people's personalities, multiple ppl's wave length, and yes, it makes one more nervous than 1:1, and IMHO, there is a higher risk of miscommunication and perhaps a higher risk for competition and misunderstandings. Yep, we're on the same wavelength there.
Jina, please do not cry . It is kind of stressful when u start your business, once you get everything settled you are going to be just fine. It is a matter of time . 👍

Oh don't get down. You should spend some type of time with your nephew. I have a niece and I just really connected with my niece a lot especially when she was younger. She really liked building blocks like Friends building blocks. And you bite your nephew a gift that I saw on one of your CZcams's. Your nephew is so adorable you should spend a lot of time with him you'll be his favorite aunt. I'm so glad you're doing okay but don't get sad try not to get down there are many good times and bad times in life. But remember you're adorable nephew.

In my opinion, many East Asian beauties would not need make-up at all/only a little. And to my own eye, I prefer dark/black hair. Naturalness. Likewise, natural lovely dark brown eyes on beauties win over colored contact lenses 6-0. Naturalness again.
Although Gina looks good even as a blonde, and she probably looks good no matter what her hair is. I did like when she had the slightly shorter hair. But there's no point in arguing about matters of taste.
The main thing is for Gina to make her idea work. Good luck with that Gina!

Congratulations to your own business, although I can imagine, that especially in the beginning it is really stressful … getting all the administrative procedures done and so on. But I'm sure that you will manage this well. I respect people starting their businesses, it definitely needs some courage. I prefer being an employee and helping the company by getting my job done dutifully and helping my colleagues. Do not overwork yourself, and try to find a balance between your business and your personal health. 🙂

Well hello Jina your business is taking off so you are going to worry yourself into a breakdown! It's great that you have retained links with Nurihaus ( comes up Nudie House in the English Subtitles!) Obviously I think that you need to get some rest because you are doing too much and business is a marathon, not a sprint! You definitely need some more staff so that they can share the work by giving them different parts of the business to look after. What's this about you got married? You kept that quiet and you are working with him! Good luck with your business! And you should film more scenes without makeup because you do look better!
