You should buy yourself a protien shaker jina. It will make mixing your shakes much easier.
Also another tip is to have a piece of fruit with your shake, having some chunks of food in your stomach along with the shake helps to keep you feeling fuller for longer.
I have a simple apple corer that I use to punch out the middle of the apple, so I can easily cut up the remaining apple without any of the middle getting in the way.
If you want to make your lunchtime protien shakes even better, you could invest in a blender for your office. I have a cheap ninja blender that I bought for £100 here in the uk and its a beast. When I make my shake, I use skimmed milk for very low fat, half a banana, half a weetabix (wheat cereal here in uk), a small handful of mixed nuts (pistachio, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, and cashews) to add essential oils and fats, and one scoop of my Choice of protien powder (I use "PHD diet whey" because its lower in sugars and fats etc), I blend all that up in my blender and it tastes great!. The nuts add a real richness to it and the weetabix and banana help to thicken the shake up so I feel full for longer and they also add fibre.
Plus using a good blender to make your shakes adds air to it which also gives you the illusion of having more in your stomach!.

Your car is cute 😅; it doesn't look that bad. It reminds me of the Volkswagen Golf GTI. I guess what's important is getting you from A to B. Oh and before I forget, I think the cars with rearview camera will be able to assist you with parking; it makes a certain sound.

Protein shakes aren't a dietary replacement meal, so even if you're trying to lose weight, you shouldn't be skipping meals like that. Don't get into that habit.
