all of my friends are either working or married.. I'm still single and studying (Phd), I can relate with you as I also don't connect with my friends as I used to before. Adulting is different for everyone I guess :p but watching you living your life makes me hopeful :)

I feel like when a friend gets married and has kids you lose your friendship with them to an extent, you no longer relate and can do the same things. In my 30's my friend circle is so small compared to that it was.

Jina, you are a genuine soul in the way you share your thoughts and feelings. Your story about the friend who disappeared after borrowing money from you reminds me of a similar experience I had seven years ago. Just keep on being you and loving yourself, and the right people --friends and loved ones--will come along. We don't need to chase people, especially those who do not care truly.

A lot of people I know are acquaintances and I have very few in the friends circle. I always try to be as good of a friend I can be to others though because I want to be reliable, trusted, and be that good friend you can count on, but I also can’t put much effort and energy into one sided relationships.

I think you're really very good. You are living a good life and you should have no regrets. When the time comes, you'll find your partner. You're still young and there's still a lot to expect from life. Until you find your match you should keep loving yourself. Looking at friends around you, getting married , having babies, it sometimes must be a little disheartening. But you really shouldn't dishearten yourself. Everybody has their own "right time", yours will also come. Have faith, strive to be happy. After all, with all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world!💛

Cool new vlog. I feel you. In my 20s, I feel like I need to socialize and make more friends bec my mom is very strict when we move to the U.S. However, I always very selected of my close friends and tend to always hang with similar people. I worked 2 jobs since I were in high school so most of my friends came from work. Now that I'm in my 30s, I have a clearer perspective of who I want to hang and spend time with. Time is valuable so I don't want to waste it on those I can't learn from, be comfortable around, have honest opinion and just a total genuine friendship. So the friend is def smaller and smaller. I also cut down on the social media and don't feel like talking to many. I think focus on yourself and build your business and explore what you want is the best and that is what your are doing now. Thank you for sharing your life and passion with us. Always here for the supports!! Quick question- I always buy Korean skincare but don't know much about the makeup. Is that a foundation cushion you use? I damage my skin in the earlier day using pimple tool and always have prob with flawless foundation.

Yes exactly. I'm 25 . My all friends are married and almost all have one or two kids. And after marriage their way of talking is also changed. I don't want to talk. So I stopped using Facebook just to avoid them. Some days before my phone was broke. I still continue to say this to avoid them. And also like you i ask myself what's the purpose? At the same time I'm feeling like I'm left alone in the whole world

I feel the same way about friendships. as I got older I feel like I've cut off many friends in my life cos the connection was not there anymore and it felt meaningless. i also stopped talking to most of my close friends when they got married cos they started talking about marriage and kids which I couldn't relate to and honestly, bored of. to me there are more exciting things in life than a husband and kids. they don't reach out to me now as well so I guess it's mutual. anyways I like being alone nowadays so I'm totally fine without any friends. I want a meaningful friendship/relationship and someone I can connect with but being the loner and homebody I am, I guess it's difficult to meet someone like that esp at this age loll

Hey! I’m an extrovert but I’ve learnt a valuable lesson that in life, one can only have a handful of GENUINE friends and truthfully, that’s enough. Better that than a roomful of half-baked fake ass “friends” who magically disappear or kick you to the kerb when times get tough.

Sadly and infortunaly is normal for friends go apart specially if they have kids and you don't have.
I had also a bad relationship with a korean woman. I paid for everything to her and she never bought nothing to me. I love korea but that bad feeling are also stuck with me.
