    I finally put my clothes away in the dresser/closet after essentially living out of my hamper and clothes-pile for weeks. Now I feel accomplished and my room is less chaotic and more open and inviting ❤️

    Currently going through the worst breakup of my life and trying to understand that it's for the best has been really hard ... lately the only thing that helps me get it out is to open my notes app and just write out everything I need to say also you're my comfort CZcamsr so usually you're playing in the background while I'm doing it. Love you, Blair!!

    I recently set a boundary with my mom. The anxiety from thinking about it was way worse than actually doing it! I haven’t chewed my nails since. Yay! 💕

    I did an entire year of mental and physical glow up after feeling suicidal last year after being breadcrumbed and fired due to making a mistake during depression. I got a small army of doctors and therapists to help me and I accepted that I can do nice things even without a boyfriend. Then, like an angel sent from heaven, I found the love of my life. Blair always made me laugh and I can relate to her. I wish her all the best.

      @@coffeegirl18 yeah I still go to therapy to learn how to deal with my toxic job trauma and I don't think I will ever be able to work full time again. But every cloud has a silver lining, trust! In pain always lies beauty, so I learned.

    Hi Blair! For my mental health, I've recently took a break from drinking and replacing that with going to the gym, cooking for and spending more time with family. I've also been more conscience about being thankful and grateful for what I have and saying thank you and I'm sorry when I can. I also find smiling and saying HI to complete strangers lifts up my spirits as well as theirs and it makes me happy!

    I'm a stay at home mom with my 2 little babes, this video reminded me I'm Me outside of being a mom today so I asked my husband to take my girls outside to play while I do my hair and organize my closet💕

    For my wellbeing, I cancelled my wedding, broke off my engagement and started therapy. It's been one year already and step by step i have been improving both mentally and emotionally as well as physically. All the stress put me in a hospital for two months in 2020. I told my boss that I will quit my job next year and move onto something more fulfilling. I am not doing great but I have made so much progress and I'm very proud of myself!

    I'm helping my mental health by having regular therapy to help my PTSD brought on by the organ transplant I had last year. I've also started journaling and painting again after being too depressed to even look at my supplies for like 18 months.

    Im helping my mental health today by lighting candles, buying myself flowers and reading the comments to this video. Ive been in a small plateau concerning my mental health and reading all the comments of people going thru the same but still doing something nice for themselves is so inspiring. It makes me feel close to everyone when I’ve felt very detached and alone.

    It's the little steps guys!
    I just made myself Lunch and Dinner for the first time in months. (I usually skip breakfast) Normally I would order something or get take-out because I wouldn't have the motivation to cook for myself. Today was a good day and I thought come on let's cook something and it was DELICIOUS! Thank you Blair for motivating so many people to keep on trying. ❤️

    I’m helping my mental health by starting with positive affirmations and telling myself today will be a good day and reminding myself to be kind so I can be the highlight to as many people day as possible. I feel like being the change you wish to see is very important and it starts with us. Also making people feel good makes me feel good. So i always pray to be the light in someone’s darkness ❤️ also making sure I have my nightly self care bath routine is very important and going to bed early enough where I can get plenty of sleep. Just a few of the main ones. I love you Blair. So good to see you bettering yourself daily. It’s a never ending job. We can always become better and there’s always more to learn about ourselves.     One of the things I love doing is to take care of my mental health is being creative in any way I can. whether it's writing, gardening, pottery or setting myself a little DIY project. Getting out of my thinking brain and into my creating brain is so helpful, and when I'm finished whatever I'm doing there's always a great sense of achievement, which is a 10/10 mood booster!

    Hi Blair! I’m taking care of myself by going to the dentist, doctor, and all those appointments. Next step: therapy! I’ve been living in my car for the last 3 months and recently moved back home with my parents. Not a step that I was really looking forward to at first, but it has brought so much positive change and I’m really proud of myself. And I’m so proud of you too for making positive changes in your life! Much love 💗

    I’ve been struggling for the past 6 years with my mental health cause I lost my mom during my teens and I feel like sometimes we take our loved ones for granted because expecting them to be there through everything and then suddenly having to grow up without them is tough. Your videos really bring joy into my days and make me remember the goofiness I had with my mom. Sending you loads of love and light❤️🤍

    I'm so happy to see where you are now. I've been watching you for a few years now and it's been an absolute journey! I decided a couple weeks ago to stop making excuses and get back to the gym and work on my nutrition. So I went to the gym and did kickboxing which is so much fun! I've also been journaling what I eat in a day and how I feel throughout the day. I feel so much better in my body now ❤

    Going on walks has always helped me a lot resetting while I am having anxiety attacks but after one day I went out for a walk and felt even worse I decided to go to a therapist and he helped me so much! I now go once a week since then. Thank you for being so real I love you 💖

    I carved out a day (today) for me! I’m a people pleaser and always say yes even if it means putting off things I had planned. Not today! I plan to do my nails, put on fresh pajamas and binge watch some shows.

    Hey Blair! Love this video and I want to tell you how I’ve been taking care of my mental health.
    I’ve been reading a ton of self- help books, journaling, & eating yummy food. Most importantly I’ve been practicing on setting boundaries for myself in my relationships & practicing communication. I try to be positive about my self-growth and say affirmations everyday like, “Everything will be okay.”
    If I need to take pause from social media, I step away from my phone for a week & tend to my garden, do some chores, spend time with my friends, doggies, & my partner. People understand why I don’t text back as quickly because I tell them ahead of time I’ve been living my life. It’s a great way to converse about all the things I’ve done or where I’ve been. Conversations like that hold a lot of meaning because it’s so wholesome & comforting to know I have great friends that love me.

    Love this. Today I am being mindful of staying present in the moment. Having ptsd sometimes my mind wanders off to the worst moments just reliving the trauma and triggering a fight or flight response. Using grounding techniques like taking a deep breath, counting my breaths, taking note of physical stimuli, and even just snapping a little rubber band around my wrist. All these little tricks have been so helpful in helping me to be able to get out of the trauma loop and live a better life in the moment.

    You're such a sweetheart. It does seem as we grow older it gets worse lol but I have been attempting to journal my thoughts and dreams, read more books this year, leaving time to study whatever I want to learn about including new hobbies. Haven't felt this renewed in a while, baby steps!

    Blair, recently part of helping my mental health has been watching your recent vids when I am feeling a little closed off in the evenings 🫖❤. Also, I have been learning how to play classical guitar, I find it relaxing to listen to and I think trying to pursue something small at your own pace that requires your attention and thought can really help my mind rest whilst also getting some out-put that's healthy.     Helping my mental health today by watching your video and having fun with you at target… I’m 50 now but I remember when I was your age and mental health wasn’t promoted so much and was just swept under the rug.. lost a lot of jobs and friends over not taking care of my mental health., today much stronger mentally and physically and emotionally. Thanks to drs that listen, therapist and medication. Been going strong at work getting promoted and have been with the same company for 8 years. Have some life long friends that have stuck with me through thick and thin.. just so happy to see you guys the younger generations taking your mental health serious. Cheers to you guys !!! And finally just became your subby .. please continue your channel and spreading the good you do.. this is so helpful to everyone and a good motivational piece for you as well.. thank you for just simply being you!

      @@katlyn19981 I now have a lot more respect and appreciation for what I do with my life as I didn’t realise I would so easily spend hours aimlessly scrolling and looking at peoples lives that either didn’t matter or was fake anyway. I was dedicating too much of my energy into wishing or wanting and not just enjoying myself and what I have. Was scary at first though because when I’m bored the first thing I’d do was pick my phone up and it made me realise I had no hobbies outside of it. Been such a blessing, and now I don’t even think about it x

    The way I’m helping my mental health is…..journaling, making my own matcha lattes, talking to my boyfriend about how I really feel instead of just saying I’m okay, spending time with new friends/making new friends, going out even if it’s just dinner or a movie.
    Thank you for having these kind of talks because I honestly would watch you and think you’re living such a perfect life. You’ve helped me through a lot especially with my mental health journey. Thank you 🙏 😊

    Ive become more self aware that I am someone who needs to go outside to feel like myself. Especially working from home mon-friday.     I’ve been making time for myself and my health by going on walks which has helped immensely w/ my anxiety & other health issues I’m currently experiencing. Also started journaling as well as having a production/ habit list to try to help me keep myself accountable. Also learning to take days off when I need to stay in bed sometimes being extra productive isn’t what I need and I recognize I need to be gentle w/ myself also.

    I'd like to say how overjoyed I am to see my genuinely, funny, original, relatable goofy walnut again. I am adopting the term Mental Wealth. It's been a struggle to slow down and focus on myself and self care. I do my day in small bites. Today I started my day with a 5 minute positive affirmation meditation. Did my brain trail off 3 dozen times? Yes. Did I get it done? Yes. I took a walk instead of an uber to the dentist. Props for getting myself into dentist as well. I made an "I did it!" list, to help give credit for what I do instead of stressing over my "To Do" list. I carry crystals in a little pouch in my purse. I dabbed on some Lavender oil. If doing the hokey pokey 3x a day would help, I'd do that too. That Sherpa bag is everythinggggg! I'm enjoying watching you go through your journey as I'm going through mine. Girlies can relate!

    Lately, I haven’t been in the best state of mind and to me it really started to show in the topics that I would bring up to my boyfriend during our conversations. I’m well aware that i should love and care for myself first before anyone else but if I’m being honest i just really wanna get better for him, I don’t want to see him worry over me. Yesterday, I managed to bring out a part of me that I thought I’d lost long ago, and my boyfriend seemed so happy to see me like that! I absolutely love it! Though i then realised that I myself enjoy being that way too and i felt this sense of overwhelming happiness at that realisation :DD
    So my dear ladies n gents, try cheering yourself up by being unapologetically yourself and try to manifest a more positive energy, who knows? It might make a world of a difference ;)

    I don’t even know if you’ll read this but I just want to say how much I love your videos and how authentic you are. And about mental health, I do a lot of things that make me better and more in peace with my inner self every day, meditation, yoga, dance, I am an artist so that means that my art is the way I communicate with my feelings and the way I express myself, I do makeup, fashion photography, fashion design, etc. But the most important thing for me is my family and having an amamzing relationship with Mother Earth and universe.     I respect everything about you and what you’re doing/who you are. You’ve inspired me to continue my recovery journey on days that I want to quit. Today I went to a meeting even when I didn’t want to, and I got up and showed up not only for me.. but for someone who may have needed help. Meetings are good for my soul and help me stay connected to other recovering people and I am so grateful that your video helped me stay in touch with that!!

    I have recently started meditating and it's been helping me a lot! I also got back into working out once in a while and stretching in the morning. They're small things but they've been helping me deal with stress way better 😌

    I normally shut myself out from other people without realising it and so a few nights ago I had a mental break down. But this week I’ve been trying really hard to open myself back up to people and include my self more.

    Today for my mental health i slept in and did a face mask and got myself a smoothie. school is overwhelming right now so i thought it would be good for me to do. we are on fall break so thank goodness for that

    Whats working good for my mental health (have depression, social anxiety & PTSD) going out for a walk, turn on music very loud to shut up the voices in my head and doing my skincare routine and trying out new products. Cuddling with my pets is also so therapeutic for me 💕
    And I am also in Therapie since I was 14 :)

    i loved the video blair, you’re glowing ever since you’ve stopped drinking ❤️ & a way that i have been fixing my mental health has been to get closer to God and lots of self care that includes pushing myself by going to the gym and doing workouts i wouldn’t ever consider. idk why doing DIYs are so soothing and that’s what i have been doing non stop 💘🌟👾

    My job has been really stressful lately and I’ve had 3 clients pass away the past 3 weeks in a row and I also started going back to school recently to finish my degree. Today I got up early and finished everything for work and then went and got a hair cut, pedicure, and iced macchiato. Then I spent the night with my family. Have loved watching you for years. ❤
