OMG! So happy I was just telling my husband that I was going to have to get a new software just so I can use it for my designs instead of Circut. I have been fighting with cricut for days just trying to make simple labels with the print then cut feature. A huge thanks to you for always keeping us in the loop with new products and a Big thank you to Kittl for this software. I do have one question and I don’t want to sound stupid but the don’t for not selling files is just their files not what we design right? Again Thank you both so so much going to Kittl now.
You would need to use your own fonts, images, etc for designs in order to sell them. And all of those would need to be able to be sold.

@@AngieHolden I’m having a problem with uploading the SVG file into CDS. I’m using the pro version that I purchased. I imported my JPG into Kittl, saved it as SVG then tried to upload to CDS and keep getting an error. What am I doing wrong?

You don't have to have paid Design Space to use this.
This is great! Thank you so much for the turtorial. Is there a way to take out the texture just in certain areas? For example, on your Golden Times design, can the background texture be taken out just inside the circle and left everywhere else?
I didn't see a way to do that but maybe I missed it?

A real design app. I've used many over the years as well as PS currently and this looks really good. I'll try it on my laptop because sharing PS between my Mac and MacBook is a pain. So thank you.
Question: if I do the free version and make a few designs, decide I find it useful, purchase the Pro version, will the free designs I created upgrade so I can have SVG capability? (The obvious solution is the free Pro trial, but I can't always use a free trial often enough to tell - so that's why I'm checking what will transfer to Pro if I create in Free version.)
They do! That is what I did!
Kittl looks interesting. Do you know if you upload your own images to make a design and use Kittl to adjust design and save as SVG (Pro Version) and download does that still limit use to sell svg or upload to free resource library ?
I know you can't sell the SVG even with the Pro version. You might ask them on the free library Debbie as I am not sure!
When i doing convert SVG and open in the cricut, the file is not going to open with separate color. It just open a whole photo but unable to separate the color in the cricut

You can just do the free version. Not the pro.
Hi Angie, I just absolutely love you . I love all the information and ideas that you give me. For me though, I was wondering if you could talk a little slower? Sometimes the words sound like a run on sentence and I want t follow you, but I have to always replay your videos. I apologize if It came across offensive. I was not trying to be rude. No offensive! I get people that say I am too slow talking and some that say I am too fast. So basically I try to keep it around the middle for fewer complaints.

Instead of purchasing the Pro can you download the JPG and use Convertio to change it into an SVG?

There is only the free subscription. No free pro.
Please show us am a LLC and I love their colors and fonts cause cricut don’t offer it but it’s not letting me cut it on cricut
I find their SVG export to be glitchy. Some designs work for me and others do not.
I really am on a limited income so this program looks awesome but, I can’t afford another monthly service. So, my question is can this be used to design a project and then after downloaded to laptop be uploaded to another program to create a svg?
Oh maybe! You would have to experiment with that some!
Hey there! With the free version of Kittl, you can use designs you create for both personal and commercial projects, but only PNG and JPEG downloads are available.

I tried Kittl with a photo I had. It looks beautiful but when I tried to convert the JPG to an SVG using convertio, the photo lost all colors and was just black and white. I don't want to afford $15./month for the Kittl Pro Plan. Any suggestions?
I have NOT used convertio so I am not sure!

Like the info. SVG file won't convert into Cricut Design Space. It shows in downloads as a Microsoft Edge HTML file.
On a computer, SVG files always look like HTML files. You just upload them to Design Space.
Can Kittl only be used with Cricut Design Space or can it be used/downloaded to Silhouette software?
Oh yes you can use with other things as well including Silhouette!

What is the best size and DPI for SVG and PNG file. I make it 5000x5000 with 300 DPI it looks so huge :/
It would depend on what you are using it for really and how large you want to print it.
Angie. I have a small business and I placed my own designs to cut the design with the cricut but when I placed my logo with my designs my logo was delete and only the design stay in the page. I need a licence? Thanks.
You only get so much space with the free plan so perhaps you exceeded that.

I do not have a Cricut, I have a Brother Scan n Cut. Having said that i find your videos so very helpful. i am now going to start doing sublimation so been watching all your videos and have learned so much. I am in England so sometimes the products are not available here but that does not stop me gaining information and making a few adjustments. I am finding the ICC profile a bit confusing to be honest. I am watching videos and they put in the sublimation ink and away they go. i have now found its not as simple as that you need ICC profiles. does that mean once you get them you can not try different inks or paper? you have to stick to the ones with the ICC profile. Feel's so confusing at this stage. I have found a printer that comes with a bundle and also an ICC profile. The same printer is a lot cheaper buying from a different company but does not come with the ICC profile. So have no idea which way to go. At this stage not even sure the printer is any good. Epson ET1810. Oh the confusion.
Once you lock in your colors, it is best to stay with the same ink and paper. Most ink companies at least have some profiles you can get. An ICC profile doesn't generally cost anything so you can try however many you want from any company. So I am not sure if I would pay extra just to get it with the printer?

Only issue I'm encountering is uploading svg to cricut 99.9% of the time cricut tells me error. Could you please explain what I'm doing wrong
I haven't had that issue and I have used the paid version with the SVG download. I wonder what the issue is?
@@AngieHolden I have the paid version as well, when I try to upload a svg file cricut displays error. I have done a quick google and it says something about fill?? No idea what that may mean hoping you can solve this issue
Do you have a texture or pattern applied? It is probably trying to upload that as a fill which Cricut cannot do.

@@AngieHolden Im still having issues with SVG, I contacted Kittl who confirmed there is an issue time to time and they're working to sort it. I have every bit of confidence in them

Yea I found it hit or miss depending on the design.
Would love to try this but unfortunately they don’t offer an app and only after signing up did it tell me I can’t use it from the browser on my iPad. I don’t own a laptop so pretty disappointed.

On Kittl you cannot according to their license. Each platform varies.
