I'm starting to suspect Roldo enters these events without paying the ticket, and that's why he keeps hiding from everyone. He's very suspicious.
That's on Marbula One event security for not properly vetting everyone. Just letting any marble roll right on in as though they own the place.
@@raetekusu1 so roldo its like secret service ?
to this day i ve never seen Roldo
More like gatecrasher. Roldo is kind of like Scrat in Ice Age or Zenigata going after Lupin. But since he has a legitimate job with JMR, it's fine.
I can never find roldo even on easy mode lol
I’m very impressed by Jelles improvements each season adding new features in each grand prix to make a more exciting race for us.
I love how they made a small judge monitor room below Greg. :D Amazing.
@@humorpalanta All the little detail is what makes it amazing.
I agree
That opening theme never fails to get me hyped for the race.
Proud to have stuck with Balls of Chaos over the last few years, my bois are really showing up!
It's amazing! Clutter is doing so well, I'm so proud
Me too! It has often been difficult to be a BOC fan (especially in the last Marble League; didn't even qualify!), but it makes days like today that much sweeter.
YEEESSSSSS
Same! I just caught back with 6 Marble Leagues and 2 Marbula One season where they performed okay at best, but usually poorly... But I was so incredibly happy after this great start of a season by Clutter, screaming alone on my bed rn
How feasible would it be to have a "night race"? Like having mini LED's along the track to give the illusion that the race is at night? Would it mess up the camera or would angling the lights just right work?
I'm considering to do a night race with mini LED lighting and it should be possible with our current camera equipment. I love the idea and I will think about the possibility to do this maybe in one of the final few races this season.
@@JellesMarbleRuns Is Midnight Bay going to be the finale of this season as with the previous two? If it is, I think you've got a perfect opportunity to try it out...
S1 actually did this with the final race at Midnight Bay, the home of the Midnight Wisps. There was even a tunnel shot!
The Halloween races are done in dim conditions with LEDs and fake candles lighting the way, but I agree it would be very cool to see a race in an even darker environment.
Midnight bay anyone?
Hazy starting the season red-hot with 1 point through two races.
To be fair, that's the same thing that happened last season, and he ended up with 2 race wins. So who knows. But if he can't get it going this season we may want to consider bringing in Foggy for season 4.
Hazy really hasn’t been the same since they won the championship, I think he’s been resting on his laurels.
Yeah, today was terrible. Hopefully she gets better. Though overall i like Smoggy more and Foggy could make a better partner than Hazy...
Hazers always started off bad but came back towards the end. Hopefully we can do the same this season
@@hardcorenacho1020 That was never the case at the Midnight Wisps' track. 😰
Several times Hazy was indecisive when entering the helices and lost speed hitting the divider. I hope they can get their confidence back as the season continues.
Hazers went from 3rd to 15th. Luckily our overall standing isnt terrible, this was a tough track for everyone so im sure we’re all happy no one got a DNF this time
And orangers went from 13th to 5th…
Hazers are always so hot and cold, never any consistency. So hopefully that means next race will be a top 5
@@ElAlexprohd OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
@@ElAlexprohd yeahhhhh
Especially in this thin mountain air. Not everyone could join the training camp this time.
Omg Orangin, what a race! The way they worked their way through the midfield was mezemrizing! GOOOOO'RANGERS!
Guy made it to 5th from what, start at 14th?
O'rangin is so good with track races, they may not be the best, but they're one of the better and most consistent racers out there. Since S1, they performed so well.
my boy start from 13th to 5th in the late lap too
Wow, I don't think the Wisps will ever shake the "Tragic Fall" from last season. The whole team seems to have PTSD & Anxiety Attacks. My heart of Blue & Black aches... 🥺😖😫😢😭
As a supporter of Team Galactic I really had a heart pounding time watching this video! High quality as always.
I know! Literally felt my heart rate go up in the last few laps.
Starry's such an amazing competitor, so proud of their performance so far!
#reachforthestars
STARRY 4 LIFE ✨ LETS GO GALACTIC 🪐
Yes Minty Flav get in there! I've been cheering for them for years but it's so rare to see a good performance out of them.
As a fan of the big Os i gotta give a shout out to orangin he fought hard for that 5th place and i couldn't be more proud, this could be our season?!!!!! Lets go!!!!!
OOOOOOOOOOO
Likewise as a fellow 🍊 fan I think this could definitely be our season.
Absolutely terrific midfield battle!
As much as I'd like it to be, it's almost a lock that Clemintin will let us down. As usual.
As optimistic as I want to be for us, we have a bad habit of snatching defeat from victory. Still, great start and I look forward to more!
Nice performance by Clutter! Definitely has improved a ton from last year. Hopefully this is our year!
Wow, I am very impressed by Starry. She had so many head on impacts on the helices. And still she had enough racepace to stay on the podium. Imagine if her entry from the corner was better. So much raw pace. Whoever will be her partner in the Marbula One, they really need to learn from her. The others drop too many points.
Starry put in a stellar performance. While Clutter had clear air for the most part, Starry was fighting for most of the race. The double overtake through the helices on lap 9 was a great move and kept them in the fight.
@@YouKnowEdMcD YES, beautiful move!
Starry is really carrying us.
The gap between teammates needs to decrease so we get more points in the team balttle and get podium positions! Come on Team Galactic!
Yeah, Starry has championship performance. Cosmo needs to step up big time to elevate Team Galactic to a championship team!
After the minty maniacs huge failure last season, they've been doing pretty good! A silver medal, two advances through the qualifiers, and an amazing jump from the bottom 6 to the top 6 last race!
Right in it for a change.
I love the helices because they keep shaking up the standings from lap to lap, it makes things way more interesting than one marble taking the lead and keeping it.
It's amazing the variety of responses to the helices. For the most part it just slows things down, but some hit it just right and sail right through. A few hit it wrong and are nearly brought to a complete stop.
FOUND ROLDO!! He's hiding inside the cave at 9:58. Look to the left side of the cave entrance, and he is seen briefly before he is blocked by the score board.
Could've been way worse for the O'Rangers, I'm happy with 5th, but we're only in the lead by 1 point so we'll have to keep fighting, OOOOOOOOOOOOO
and next race at the home track!
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...
Yep, gotta keep an eye on the Balls of Chaos. Could be a problem.
Yeah, but Clementin should end that host curse at the O’raceway next week, because if they don’t, that’s just gonna be a bunch of BS.
Clutter will have his revenge for last year Misty Mountain!
Hell yeah
What a comeback!
And redemption for Cerulean!
And, I gotta say, I love the place graphic at the end.
You should consider adding a "Play/Move of the Game" as a extra length, and commentated replay near the end of the video.
Good race O'Rangers! It's a treacherous track, that 5th place is well deserved.
Yeah only team top 5 every race so far.
I'm saying it now, ORANGIN is the best O'Ranger when it comes to track races. Most consistent, highly competitive, and one of the better position climbers in this race (from out of Q2 to 5th, real quick!). Also, I enjoyed their back and forth with Savage Speeders' Rapidly and Hazy in the middle of the race, in the end Orangin got the better of them. :)
Great job as well Clutter! What a redemption! Excited to see the next race.
THE MINTYS GOT A PODIUM!! Absolute blazer of a run from Flav out there! Shame they couldn't snag a win, but Clutter getting redemption from last year feels good too.
Minty Manaic fan since day one, this feels amazing 😊. Most of our races don't turn out that well and half the time we don't even qualify!
Man, Wuspy has not been holding their weight. They’ve been consistently behind Wispy, maybe Waspy or another member may switch them out?
This is facts, also why would you not start the CAPTAIN at the home grand prix? Doesn't make sense and I'm fuming
What a great race!
So happy with Starry's 3rd place! Had my heart pumping there from the 4th for a bit but really well done to Team Galactic!
4th Place overall in the standings, I believe!
#ReachForTheStars
I'm a CCE fan, but team galactic are my second team! I fell in love with you guys because of King Stardust and the long jump. Has to go down in the history of Jelle marbles! He only just made the sandpit. I fell in love with team galactic and their King in the 2020 marlympics! 💋😘💖💕👍# congrats to starry...!
Momo's going so nice on qualifiers, but again the race is going hard, still a good result but we're waiting for our first podium !
Probably would have had it here but that collision with the Minty Maniacs racer really killed their momentum.
Hopefully team momo can get a dub next race
Exactly what I was thinking although we are slowly doing better than last year. Them sprint races and actual races have been our weakness lately.
@@bolbyballinger A podium would certainly be a mo-momentous event!
5:32
That was a awesome race, thank you Jelle! And can we please admire the pass from Starry through the helix?
Sure! I see very well the very incorrect maneuver towards MOMO!
Thankfully Smoggy’s win last week is keeping the Hazers in the running so far. Hazy’s gotta get refocused and make some comebacks in the upcoming races so Smoggy’s not feeling overworked!
Great recovery from Orangin after a tough quali! #GoooooRangers
Still #1 overall. Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Galactic gotta find a replacement for Cosmo, Starry is carrying so hard
just one race for Cosmo, keep cheering for whole team
@@paulleroux386 Whole team except for Pulsar.
Thank you so much for all your hard work Jelle! Also, there is something you might want to look in to... Mallard (GDK) got an extra .6 seconds added on to their time when they crossed the finish line in qualifying. I checked back to when they were released, and there was no delay there either. It would have seriously affected their position, starting in the top ten and advancing to Q2. Could we get conformation on whether it was an error in timing and scoring or just a graphic mistake? Thank you!
Thanks for report, we haven't find any issues yet in tracking.
@@JellesMarbleRuns No problem! Thanks for looking into it.
@@JellesMarbleRuns what is the next race gonna take place when I subscribe
They didn’t, the timer started late. Graphics error, not a timing error
About the timer error: The timer started some frames too late, so the result is still correct.
Next GP is the O'raceway.
Am I the only one who caught in lap 12 when Rapidly was like "I've had enough of this" and just drove right over the helices without being slowed down? What a rebel
5:20 That was quite the Momentous pun there Greg...
All I want is for Team Galactic to finish above 5th place for once
Edit: LET'S GO WE DID IT WOO STARRY
Also all of the teams that got screwed here last year (Momo, Kobalts, Bumblebees and Balls of Chaos) made the top 10, impressive
Clutter was a marble on a mission today jesus christ. Props to them and BoC they deserve it
Marble on a mission! Yes!
I'm very proud of the Orangers for making up so much ground after a lackluster qualifying session.
Ooooooo!!!!
Can we appreciate Wuspy’s showboating at 9:05 and the fact that Yellup got more overtakes than Cosmo did at Sleet Street? 2 crazinesses also.
I loved it! Wisps aren't one of my absolute favorites, but they are in my top 5. I love all the teams and can appreciate these little quirky displays no matter the team.
I can't appreciate showboating when you end in p19. Wispy must have a sore back... had to totally carry the wisps last season when wospy couldn't get it together. Wuspy is not even trying to help either.
I noticed that they put something at the end of the helices to stop any marbles from getting stuck. Smart.
So happy for the Minty Maniacs! They deserve a podium!
Also Momo has been giving som solid performances this season. I hope both can keep it up!
Well at least Team Momo didn’t fail as bad as usual 😅
Either way, that battle between Minty Fav and Clutter kept my heart racing!
Great job Jelle!
True. I thought Momo had a clear shot at the podium and then they dropped to 10. Happy he pulled it back together for 6th!!
The best sports event ever! Thanks for putting so much effort in this project!!!
It seems crazy that we sit and watch a group of marbles roll around a track and become engrossed in the situation. Think a lot of it has to do with the quality of presentation and creativity of the whole channel. Hats off and keep up the good work.
As always, Greg, marvelous job narrating these events. A compliment goes a long way.
Jelle, this was literal edge of my seat excitement. So well done!
As always 😉
Orangin’s weakness was definitely exiting the helices. Solid through the rest of the track but like Greg said your exit there will really make or break your lap and unfortunately being in a pack all day didn’t help either. Clem will pick it up next week hopefully. #OOOOOOOOO
Congratulations to the top three. Outstanding race throughout the pack though.

Well done to Orangin for moving up 8 places! After quali I wasn't sure it would go well, but he handled the helices brilliantly on most laps. Must have been close for most overtakes! Go Orangers!
Yeah that qualifying was a lot of BS considering what Orangin did at Tumult Turnpike. BUT #GORANGERS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!
I'm a Minties fan, but have to admit that Orangers are one of those teams that even if they're not in a starting position, they do incredible things in their events. They're the type of team I keep hoping the Maniacs will become instead of far and between victories.
I have to remind myself these are marbles because I continue to cheer on and encourage my favorite marbles to win
Ah, Momo had such trouble with those helixes. Still, 6th is a respectable place to finish! Come on Momo, we can do it!
Yellow Eye's racecraft has seemingly taken a major hit compared to the last two years. Hopefully we can return to the days of moving through the field but for now we lack some major pace.
Yeah. Red Eye showing similar strength as last year, but Yellow Eye... not so much. Wonder what's going on there
@@newsoupvialt Give the marbles a few more chances before you decide how the marble is fairing. Sometimes takes a few races to get the win but I’m sure Yellow Eye will get there.
@@prodbydripz9676 yeah with a bit of luck it’s just getting used to the new track
Cats eyes are off the banned substance KatNip 2.0. No wonder theyre not performing any more. Their russian supply lines have been cut.
NGL I thought it would be a night race. That's gonna be hard to pull off but it'll be fun. Nevertheless, what an incredible run, especially for the Minty Maniacs!
I might have missed it but have you thought of doing a Meet the Marbles video at the start of each season for new viewers, good close up shots of the marbles, a bit about the careers of them and their teams so far where relevant, would be really useful. These races are just phenomenal, you’re a genius
Back again hoping for a Team MOMO win….. thx JELLE
After my BoC were excluded from this past Marble League, I'm very happy to see them competitive again.
Hopefully my Midnight Wisps can also get back on the right track, they need redemption after being excluded as well.
Man, Minty Maniacs are making me so happy this season
Marbula1 is the whole package…. Intrigue, storylines, telemetry, track art and elegant environment!!! Great great channel.
Stary's double overtake on the helixes in lap 9 was a work of art
I confess I get a shiver up my spine every time Greg Woods says "penultimate."
Stoked to see my favorites galactic and minty maniacs in the top 3. The drafting on the straightaway was intense.
After the disaster that was Misty Mountain last time, I was worried over those helices; could easily picture a twenty marble pileup in there! But it played out nicely, so props to the Misty Mountain track crew for taking on board last year's problems and making solid improvements to their safety planning.
Another great video and grand prix to look forward to. Thank you Jelle and the team for everything you do and everything you give us!
Rough night for Yellow Eye, they had a rough bout with the helices and never really could get past the bottom half of the pack. Hopefully the next track is more complementary of the CCE gameplan.
Momo did really well here. Would be well deserved to see the team get onto the podium!
Momo pulled it back together for 6th. As long as they start to have better finishes like that, then we have a clear shot at final podium contention. #MomoStrong
Disappointing race from Yellow Eye, those helixes proving once again that CCE's weaknesses are technical tracks.
True... but at least last week, Red Eye was brilliant on every other part of Sleet Street except the ice bends. That was all around shocking from Yellow Eye.
Maaaan. I just watched the first three GPs in one sitting. Didn't know that this was back and am a little miffed that I missed so much already. Great job done by Clutter to keep leading for so long to win it all in this race. Definitely redeemed himself here.
All i'm hoping for is for CCE to continue the good showing in Marbula 1 as we've done in the past.
Edit: I didn't like this sport anyway.
CCE always struggle with the more technical courses. This one didn't have much of the straightaways that they do so well on. That's why I pick 2 teams, one for technical and one for speed. CCE for speed, BoC for technicals.
we always get stuck behind slowpokes who bump us off our line
Yeah Yellow Eye’s showing today was clearly the wrong choice in this race for Crazy Cat’s Eyes.
@@jillkane6175 Mallard - ouch
It's just that there's not much passing area, unlike other tracks + only 17 laps.
Yellow Eye's been a bit off to start this season. Hopefully he can pick it up later
Can we talk about Hazy at 7:14, skipping over the helixes like that?! That was so cool, and even though they didn't end too well that one bit made it worth it. Also, congrats Pinkies for doing reasonably well for once!
Haha yeah, it's funny how in the qualies everybody was whining about Clutter skipping just the very first bumpout on one of his laps, and it didn't really gain him anything. Hazy nabbed a spot with that effort. And it took some effort and speed to even get up there and run the length. More power to them! I get it, in F1 it's a penalty to do that, but marbles gonna be marbles, right? \m/
Sorry Hazy couldn't hang on and keep climbing from there.
#LetChaosReign
Hazy Acted like Silly Salmon at 7:14
It's been some time since I came back to this channel and I'm really glad to see how our lil fun channel has grown to the major leagues
These races are such a joy. Thank you.
This was so exciting, I was so worried Momo had massively dropped their lead, yet again. But they pulled through in the end.
Minty Flav is a BEAST on those helixes. That's where they made up a lot of ground and even some passes
Another great performance from Starry. Galactic in 4th place despite only one point from Cosmo. Typical season! Let's see Cosmo reach for the stars next week! 🌌
Once again a great race!
Starry might not have won, but i'm still willing to call it "A Starry Night"!
So far, so good
2nd place, what a comeback for the Minty Maniacs! Minty Flav earned a break from that.
Oh Momo! My heart sank when they dropped from 3rd to 8th... Congratulations to Clutter, he carried that race with both speed and grace, gg!
9:17 I like to think that while they're waiting to get off the track they're all shaking hands and exchanging congratulations on a race well run
Thank you for all the hard work just to entertain us for 10 minutes
Orangin’s steady and excellent performance is an inspiration to all marbles. I can only hope Clémentin took some notes while watching his teammate.
Great race from Yellop who went from last to 10th. I thought Minty Flav had the speed down the back but his handling around the turns let him down and I am not sure if the Speedy racers are using their best runners, but some good racing in the heights of the mountain.

Nice opinion.
Great job by my boys (Team Galactic) today 😎💪 With that many bad contacts in the helix, I thought of Starry getting 5th again. But she held on well! What a well-deserved podium! 😁👍 Let's hope that Cosmo can get over the bad performance on Sleet Street, and get a nice result on O'Raceway too 😁😄#ReachForTheStars
Cerulean and Momo did a nice job as well - looking forward to their teammates' performances on O'Raceway too 😄
Been a fan since the Olympics keep up the good work it's very entertaining and especially helps during No formal one.
Nice job Cerulean! Gotta keep up that effort. Swax was a surprise in the top speed category.
Great race 👍 looking forward to more.
Amazing production value in this one great job Jelle
What a great race! Really enjoyed. Go Momo!!!
Awesome job O'Rangers!!!!! I did not have high hopes for this race after the qualifiers but that was one heck of a fight!
Great Marbula One race on an Easter day, that's too sweet!
Great work as always, JMR! See you at the next GP !!!
The scenery is absolutely astonishing! Happy Easter to everyone and thank you so much Jelle and the team for doing a lot of hard work, especially on holidays where you guys can take a break!
Yeah, we mostly work 7 days a week to keep the channel growing, but we need more views to survive,
Orangin with a very nicely handled race. Much needed consistency from the O’rangers!
I cannot say how happy this race has made me. Clutter for the gold! Balls of Chaos have ALWAYS been my favorites and seeing them bounce back into something like standings is balm to my heart.
And they throw some good parties...
Wow, from 13th to 5th!? Crazy run by Orangin there!
Awesome work as always. The track setup was amazing. Keep up the good work
I was wondering if you could make the start/finish straight longer and entry to turn 1 bit narrower and less of the hard turns we usually get.
I feel that many marbles up front lose positions massively( like Hazers in this race) and fail to make up those lost places. This makes qualifying pretty much worthless.
Hope you bring these changes for better racing.
As always, thanks for the amazing work
Top 10 again for Team Momo.
6th place isn't really that bad in a grid of 20...
Congratulations to Clutter for managing the chaos of Misty Mountain!
I’d argue we got brake checked in the helicies…
Exiting from the helix section seems to be a big factor in gaining or losing places.
Amazing race by Clutter! Redemption for him 🔥
2:52 There's a bit of an error with the Fastest Lap. It shows that Glimmer got the Fastest Lap, but shows that Clutter got the Fastest Lap as soon as Clutter crosses the finish line.
Frustrating performance, but it was a great comeback at the end from Mocha! Good to finally at least have some points on the board, let’s see if we can build from here.
#Raisethebar
That nice jump that got him 3 places ! Great race finish from him, when we dropped 20th I thought "oh no noy again"
This race was greatly dependent on who could best handle the helix at the end of the track. An unpredictable race from start to finish. Well played, Clutter!
Words cannot express how nice it is to finally see the Balls of Chaos just... being good at something.
#LetChaosReign
It ain’t a podium, but I’m proud of Orangin for going from 13 to 5th. GOOOOO RANGERS BABY!!!
