They're so not used to winning that now that they're in the main team, they're actively memeing for the heck of it!

The Pinkies have started well in every marble league except 2019 and the last 2 years when they didn’t show, so not too unexpected.

As a hazers fan i felt that "ooooohhhhhhh damn" at the start of our segment. we cant get relegated surely, not after our showings last year.
It might happened because last year the Wisps didn't qualify and would have been relegated if they didn't had expansion. At 2020 the Wisps barely missed the podium. Hazers getting relegation is not Farfetch.

I never thought the day would arrive when I’m actually sad for marbles of all things.
the whole second part about team momo perfectly captures the sheer amount of pain and agony i suffer as my desperate pleas for salvation and for some green marbles to do well fall upon the deaf ears of the marble gods who actively spite me for wanting team momo to finally have good things. simply incredible.

After the two first events of the league I felt this way. The latest event gave me some hope back but Im not sure
The Hazers are like the Midnight Wisps. Slipping off the podium last year to place 4th overall and failing to qualify
Sadly for the Hazers, there is no bail out from the Bottom Four this year.
And the Wisps turned back the clock a few years and are kicking ass with 2 Top Half finishes in the first two events.
Seeing the Hazers and the Thunderbolts miss the Marble League was certainly a surprise. Kolbalts missing out makes sense, they are trying to win the Showdown for a 3rd year in a row.
That Jungle Jumpers performance was... YIKES... Even Greg Woods wouldn't say the number of points they scored🙈 I don't even root for them and that hurt to watch.
As a Momo fan thank goodness Primary got a ticket to the dance, so I'm pulling for them.

When the Gliding Glaciers came back from the dead, they became my team to root for in the Marble League, because the Oceanics seem like they'll always be the team I root for in the Showdown...

Now that I think about it, Momo is much like the Bills. They _should_ be good, but somehow get screwed over by the marble gods every single time.

My predictions for the relegated teams: Limers, Rojo Rollers, Jungle Jumpers, and Hazers. (the first 3 are obvious, the last one is because the Wisps got bottom 4 in the showdown last year, and the Hazers are now suffering from the same curse as them)
Please no, I don't want to wait two years for my Hazers to MAYBE be in the Marble League again
i was hoping for the stars and hazers to make it so that i can cheer for them as well as the glaciers in the main show. i was so sure hazers would pass. guess i gotta support the speeders now (and maybe also the wisps and eyes)

The most painful thing about being a Limers fan is that they *can* perform, they *have* shown talent and even some *consistent* scoring... but they're absolute masters at choking hard. It used to be that they'd wait until they were getting somewhere before nose-diving straight to the bottom of the septic tank, but I'll honestly be surprised to even see them in the qualifiers for '23.
The second most painful thing, for me personally, is that the Minty Maniacs are my BACKUP team... > n
Honestly, considering the Pinkies’ performance in the last few events of Marbula 1 Season 3, I was fully expecting them to at least barely make it into the main league. I didn’t expect them to go gangbusters and smoke everyone. I genuinely hope they win the overall bronze or silver this year.
For the Indigo Stars, according to the overall points spreads, if it weren’t for the Group A/B split, they would’ve qualified. But, the split is there.
For Team Momo, I weep. *Something* has gone *catastrophically* wrong behind the scenes. They’re a midpack team, who usually edge by qualifiers and either end midpack or have rounds of excellence. This is a new low, and I don’t know how to handle it.
Anyways, amazing video as always, thank you, here’s hoping for more crazy moments in the Marble League for more videos. Until then!

I've alluded to this before on Reddit, but now I've just gotta say it - the Kobalts NEED to retire from the Marble League and focus their efforts ENTIRELY on Marbula One. At least there they're one of the elite teams. I don't even get how they didn't qualify in the first place. EVERY SINGLE TEAM in that group, barring the O'Rangers and Crazy Cat's Eyes, is a team they have competed against in one of the previous Showdowns...and beaten comfortably in the previous Showdowns. How did they lose here!? All logic says they should have gotten at least third, comfortably...and we have the evidence to back it up. I swear, if the Kobalts win the Showdown this year, their third in a row, I'm going to Solar-Flaring scream!
Also, the Oceanics are now officially the Limers 2.0. No further elaboration needed.
I agree on both points, though with the Kobalts, I wouldn't quite say at least 3rd in Group A, maybe 4th behind the Shining Swarm since they've actually been pretty good lately.
For some reason, Kobalts do ok-great in almost everything else they competed in, but as soon as they get to the qualifiers, they throw all of their skills out of the window and become argubaly just as bad as Snowballs and Limers.
It sucks cause they are my favorite team since the begining of ML but they keep getting my hopes up only to be broken hearted when the qualifiers arrived, not to mentioned they would have qualified if they remain were they were during the 1st part of the thriatlon, then they got the sand section and lost 3 spots and never recover and those 3 points would have made them qualified 1 point ahead of Chaos and Indigo or atleast they could have gotten 2 spots back and end up drawing we both and they would have won the tiebreaker cause of their silver in the hurdles. Its just so frustrating how close they get every year to qualify only to keep getting relegated again and again, idc if they barely make it threw the showdown i just want to see them qualifiy for once
Well, it seems like the Nobalts and the Noceanics are still in the basement. (The latter especially, they're the Limers 2.0 confirmed)
@@cooperc69420 Not yet, Oceanics may really suck but they still get carried by their 3rd place in 2018, while Limers are yet to crack the top half in the main league + they have been to the main league 5x compare to the Limers 4x, if Limers qualify for 2023 and at minimum get a 10th place finnish or a maximum top half finnish then the Oceanics are oficially worse than them
I know this is a bit of a weird comparison, but to me I think the Limers are like Glass Joe from Punch-Out: Yeah, they're jobbers, and I feel that they KNOW that they're jobbers, but somehow after all their failures and bad years not only are they still TRYING but they've still got all their original roster as well, and any time they LOOK like they're getting some form of success I can't help but feel proud for them despite the fact that I'm an O'rangers fan.
I’ll never abandon the Oceanics. That one mini winter league shows that we have some potential. But yeah everything you said was pretty accurate, and my disappointment is vast.

To be fair, I did the same thing with the Hazers and Rojo Rollers. (especially the Hazers, after they DNQ'd I figured that the narrative was there and that they might actually get relegated, considering that the Midnight Wisps would've been relegated last year if the expansion teams didn't join, and the Hazers are suffering from the same downfall as the Wisps)

I’m disappointment with Team Momo, they should have at least taken 6th, they won the 2021 hurdles, and got 2nd in 2020 triathlon, Momo needs to be swapped for a better captain and Mimo should be promoted from a reverse.

The Indigo Stars and the Jungle Jumpers are my top two teams, so hopefully they at least get a shot at qualifying again next year. I've decided to cheer for the Glaciers this year, seeing as neither of my teams made it, so I sincerely apologize to all the Glaciers fans I just cursed!
Edit: As for the new teams, I hope that the Black Jacks do well, and that the Purple Rockets don't steal the thunder of the Indigo Stars.

I know right? There is still a whole lot of events to go, but I do have hope that the Pinkies at least end in the upper half of the roster. It would be a whole lot better than their overall history record and they're going home with medals so thats a reward in itself imo!

As a Rojo Rollers fan since 2016, I'm used to dissapointment at this point. I like the Rollers, but I'm sure that they won't ever go back to relevancy, let alone another Marble League...
Think you should do videos that ask the question that have the Hazers (lost their way starting at the last event of ML2021 and can't do anything anymore) and Thunderbolts (inability to medal and win finally caught up to them) have fallen or not. Would add Momo but they dealt with adversity before and came back and will again.

THE SNOWBALLS SHOULD HAVE QUALIFIED. Their performance would’ve, in group B, easily sent them cruising through and into the A League. They would’ve improved enormously in terms of points. In fact it doesn’t matter if they replaced the Midnight Wisps or the Jungle Jumpers, they would’ve had a better score in every single event, by a fucking mile. They performed wonderfully, their group was just better than expected, FAR better. Actually, compare the event rankings in both groups. In triathlon alone the Snowballs, in group B, based on time, would’ve finished in second place. Same in Balancing. It’s ridiculous, they’re out of luck.

As a Limers fan, I have never been so offended by something I 100% agree with.
Sad to see Momo out again. I've been a staunch fan of theirs ever since the fidget spinner incident, even through their Momary days.... But time and again not matter which tournament it is, they prove themselves to be mediocre at best, never getting that underdog redemption their fans wish for.

Update: Also MY, Orangers, and RR all made the 2022 ML, while the Limers didn't. Meaning the Limers have missed 3 marble leagues in the last four years, the highest the Limers have ever appeared on an ML leaderboard is 2nd, which was for only 1 event. They've only appeared on the podium twice, 2nd after event 6 of the 2017 ML, and 3rd after event 7 of that same ML. The Limers are one of the 10 worst teams in ML history, meanwhile RR, MY, and Orangers are top all 4 teams. Also, the Limers were one of two teams that finished the 2021 ML with less than 100 points as they finished with 99, while the Rojo Rollers were the other finishing with 85.
ML point averages (by the way we are adjusting 2016 to the modern scoring system which gives the Limers an additonal 64 points, Orangers get 88 more points, and MY adds 101. meaning MY now has 742 points, RR stays at 616, Orangers now have 874, and Limers now have 352)

the last one I made
There are leaderboards I left out becuase they can prop up teams like events since last gold medal, consistency, etc. the Limers finished well on some of these leaderboards but they’re consistantly bad and only have one gold medal.
In other words, while the other three fruit circuit teams are filled with greatness and are all top 5 teams of all-time, the Limers are one of the worst teams. They're like 6th on that list

Corrections: 1. This is the Sliders 4th year of existence not 5th. 2. The pinkies were accidentally included in which they clearly took 2nd. And 3. When you're talking about Rojo Dos's bronze in 2021 funnels, you used the wrong event footage, using Marblocross footage.
I will never abandon the Oceanics. I am and always will be a loyal fan.
Also don't forget their 9th (should be 8th if the collision results weren't screwed up) place finish in 2020 and their 2021 winter ML WIN (which I know doesn't really count but they still placed first in an ML competition).
The Oceanics finished 10th in 2020, not 9th. They were tied with the Raspberry Racers on points and medals, but I believe the Racers had better position countback.
@@cooperc69420 The reason I say they should have been 8th is because of the collision points. If the 5th-8th rankings were based on the PD in the quarterfinal and total points in the group stage (which it said they were), the Oceanics should have finished 5th in this event and thus 8th in the Marble League. The PD in the QFs was the exact same (-1) for all of those teams, and the Oceanics and Midnight Wisps each got 7 points in the group stage, while the Green Ducks got 6 and Mellow Yellow got 4 (for some reason they made an error and said they got 5). That puts the Midnight Wisps and Oceanics in 5th and 6th, and for what it's worth the Oceanics had a better PD in the group stage, with +3 to the Wisps' +2. Despite this, the Oceanics were placed in 7th instead of 5th for seemingly no reason.
As a stars fan, I would have rathered they just completely tanked it. It would've been less painful than tiebreak.
