How smart to copy the long-token this way (by remote access and saving the token as a todo-list) .
I got stuck not wanting to try manual entering the code.
    Thanks!

@@smart_home_australia It would be very nice that we can somehow _easy_ use the entities on the dashboard. Each sensor takes a few minutes to add.
I have 2569 entities! (not all of them wanted on a the dashboard off course, so filtering is also needed).
Let's wait for new software-versions of iSG...

@@smart_home_australia I cant select the key from the to-do list - when i touch it the whole thing is highlighted including the check box and the dialogue for copy, paste etc does not come up - what am i doingh wrong?

My advice, put in a product feature request with LinknLink, they have a team actively working on the firmware now and they will respond quickly !!

sounds like you are doing the right thing, when it comes up with the options, press, hold, and then SELECT ALL. That should select the text only. Also make sure that you are running the latest firmware 20100.

Cant make it work showing connection failed but i manage to open my external HA via browser on the ISG device

Interesting, did you remember to do the SELECT ALL and copy as some others had issues with selecting the whole string.
Also are you running any firewalls on your network that might block traffic. Its a tried and trusted approach so should work 100%

just out of curiosity - do you have SSL enabled on your main HA?

That's great but all I want is a no frills HA touchscreen that links straight into my HA server. Always on. Nothing else. No mucking around. That's really all i want. Couldn't care less about sync with another platform. HA that's it. Simplicity and something that doesn't "break" as in software "break"........

If you just want the panel and run HA on it then I'd suggest an Amazon Fire HD tablet and wall mount it. But even that option comes in at ~$123 new, so yes cheaper but not by that much when you factor in mounting options and power supply. But you do get the option of second hand with a gen 2, as you don't need a powerful CPU to run HA.
