City leaders want to encourage more homeowners to build 'in-law suites' in their backyards, but they've not yet decided how to incentivize construction.
Single family homes in San Antonio are already overcrowded with 2-3 generations living in one house, with a bunch of cars parked on the dirt yard and blocking sidewalks and crowding streets. This is a horrible idea that’s just going to add to more urban density and decay. Oh, but it’s going to be great for gentrifying property owners like those off St Mary’s who can charge a high amount for rent while worsening the neighborhoods for other residents.
@@missmahinay5297 Sweetie, those crime rates are in central, east, west, and south sides of town, which ghetto do you live in? Come up north sometime, better yet, don’t. You’d probably bring your thug friends with you.

This is exactly why I want to buy property outside of SA. If I bought my house, I pay taxes, then I decide what to do with my property.
Well then do it. We want don’t want inconsiderate neighbors in this city. Go away!
@@LuckyCharms777 Oh gladly hunny. With San Antonio’s crime rates? Ha! Bless your heart

Would they approve the boxable homes??
A Eingeweihte Suiten is a good idea as long as the owner lives on the property. To be safe make it a affordable condominium as well to enforce codes.
This told me nothing. Big topic shallow story
