      @@jamesdelarosa8781 I hope their is more explanation about the lot market value coz for sure other buyers may ask as well. Let us say the house is worth P5,000,000. Is it possible that the lot area is worth P50,000 per sqm? I have no intention to offend, just want to ask coz I'm from Baguio also but I'm not updated about the lot market value as of now as per city hall appraisal.

    25 Sq meters is tiny and asking 4million is greed.
    All the prices are super high and greed incentive for developers.

      @@jamesdelarosa8781 no need to contact you sir. Im a realtor and I know we are living in and era of inflation. However my experience with the Philippines from recent past was that it was affordable for expats as and option for a simple affordable life , many of expats now are choosing places like Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam for that affordability. Philippines needs to get back to that structure of affordability. There is a saying that pigs get fed and hogs get slaughtered, don't take the slaughtered part of the equation.
