Great video. For the viewers, if you're just taking off the handle, and you have the tailgate step, it's not necessary to remove the access panel, just pull out the step. Keep up the awesome videos.

Appreciate the video! Quick question, is there a way to remove the small ford emblem off of the Platinum tailgate plaque without removing the entire plaque? Or is that the only option?
Yes you can remove it without taking off the plaque, but you will break the two small aligning tabs on the backside.
@@PrecisionRetrofits Thanks! Any tips with removing this emblem? I plan on buying a new painted one so if it gets mangled its not a huge deal. Just don't want to damage the platinum plaque, as its $$$ haha
