I'm not sure what sort of baking paper they use, but ours somehow managed to both STICK to the paper, and FALL APART. Needless to say, it ended up as a sort of "peel and eat dinner", where we had the messed up food in the middle of the table, and everyone at it trying to ignore the paper still _very much_ attached to it.
I've made the scalloped Roll a couple of times now. It is simply amazing. With Beef or Chicken or Tuna! I even replaced the Ricotta with a low fat yogurt. Use your fantasy and you can make it even healthy. Tasty... you ROCK ❤👍

I know I’m late but did your mother use yellow potatoes? If not I highly recommend it as yellow potatoes don’t fall apart.
Ik this was years ago, I recommend using COLD potatoes when molding. After molding them freeze them then fry!!
