    You're the best "thing" I've discovered as I'm recuperating from Covid. Isolation gave me the reset button I needed. My whole self is saying rejuvenation. Really inspiring to truly live

    72 exercised since teenager. Love it weights and total gym now. Lots of dog walking. Feel great.

    Yes ms zonya I agree with you. I’ve been taking a little from different places and learning good habits of eating foods and I’ve lost 27 pounds

    We never drink at all not even at Christmas if you’re going to the pub we have coffee or tea mostly coffee occasion of Diet Coke occasionally and that is it I will not drink is

    Going to slimming world and I’ve lost 5 1/2 lb so far I’m going every week to be weighed I’m trying to push what I eat some days it’s hard what to have but I like the veg I like chicken boiled eggs in the morning one Weetabix skim milk no sugar tea without sugar coffee with a sweetener in salads fish salmon I don’t eat cakes or biscuits or only plain biscuits too well I’m watching TV with a cup of tea apart from that I’m conscious of what I’m eating all the time I’m thinking about what’s next meal what can I plant can I have it all the time looking at me books what’s the worlds give us to look at I’m finding your program price interesting to watch thank you I hope you’re going to be some help to me yes I do walk more than 30 minutes a day I do like your fruit and veg I try and get most days but not every day just wants something different so I can’t put veg with the air to mean yes I’m doing something about me smoking them hard thank you

    I’ve just made a cabbage soup it contains cabbage onions carrots spring onions two tomatoes Chili pepper garlic salt and pepper I’ve had it for a week now and then take them yesterday south-east of the date 76 days of it and I don’t have a Hidden about it every day from his pain it was beautiful it was hot secret was is David hot and plenty of cabbage in it with chilies garlic onion red pepper in it and I made it for a week I enjoyed it was okay hope you didn’t like anything hot so you weren’t Everly he needs to lose weight by the way so like I say I’ve lost 5 1/2 at slimming world that’s helping me I have been to Weight Watchers in the past and I’ve got to be gold four times I’m open to get a slimming world but I said I want to be a 10 stone two when I started now I’m nine stone nine anyway I am trying to make the effort but the secret is to leave or sweets and chocolate and biscuits and stuff alone you can have one for occasional treat but that’s all but it is hard like you say but I got it off and I think to self I’m never gonna be overweight again there in time you slip back it’s hard to keep it up you know if I want to but then you slip back I have some dates in the atom that’s in the end for you know where you’re you don’t realise you put it all back on again eating things you shouldn’t cause you’re achieve something then you go and ruin it by eating stuff you should and you put it all back on again this is the hardest bit am I God you do put it back on anyway thank you I’m listening I’m interested carry on thank you very much
