    Dont really like salmon i eat fish some times but i like beans and apples nuts fruit and veggatables and i do walk to and i just made your 3 beans salad i used dryed basil because my store was out of the fresh basil but it taate so good thank you for sharing this with me ❤

    I made the apple salad, and it is delicious! My problem is that I don't eat the 1gr of protein per kg of body weight and it is very hard to do it since I don't really like meat or poultry, the bean recipes help a lot. Thank you!

    I make my own coleslaw with red cabbage never thought of adding to my fruit smoothie. Thanks. Great recipe. I gave up meat, chocolate, cakes, biscuits for 6 weeks Lent. My gut improved. My LDL is 7 should be 5 was 6. So going to add beans to replace meat. I do mean Quorn chilli with pepper and red kidney beans. Going to make your 3 bean salads I love them. Great info

    Two things to know about beans: cook dried beans with baking soda in the water for 15 minutes or so, dump that water and start fresh for finishing cooking....no gas. Plus, RANCHO GORDO beans have no gas!

    I've found Red Delicious is delicious, they just have very short season and are quick to go mealy outside of that season
