How do you set a ducted unit with a Madoka controller to sense the room temperature from the Madoka and not the indoor unit in the loft. I believe it’s a field setting.

We found Madoka controllers freezing up every now and then. There is nothing you can do other than replacing it. They should replace it under the warranty if it was purchased along with the system. If you purchased it separately they will only offer 3 months on the parts (just double check this with Daikin) If your system was installed by approved Daikin installer you should be covered on parts for up to 7 years. Just double check this with Daikin. Every time we having this kind of problem we just replacing the controller.
@@alessandratonet9786 If all controllers are MADOKA then you will pair them the same way. If you mention "master" controller I prosume you have a VRV or multisplit system right? If that is the case and if the VRV is a 2-pipe system only on the master controller you will be able to change the MODE. I don't know if that is what you're asking? Can you read a model number of any of your indoor units?
@@alessandratonet9786 OK so now I understand. When you have an EasyZOne installed your MADOKA controller is not for you ;) You can only relay on the EasyZone controllers. You should have at least one AZCE6BLUEFACECB and others could be AZEC6THINKRB. You will not be able to use Madoka controlelr to controll zones. We normally hide the MADOKA controller next to the ducted unit and the client can only use EasyZone controllers. EasyZone controllers don't have app unfortunately.
Kids keep playing around with thermostat in hallways... How do we set the controller to LOCK and UNLOCK it using the front panel or the Application???

What do you mean by "different air zone"? Are you refering to EasyZone controllers?
