You always have to scream and shout and carry on (work) to get your “breakthrough” and “blessing” . There was no concept of resting in God’s promises. The shouting wasn’t coming from your heart because of who God is, it came from a desire to see his hand. I got so tired of working for God to change my circumstance and I decided to simply trust what he has spoke. He will bring his promises to pass out of the integrity of his own heart ❤

I often hear criticism of the catholic church in regards to asking for money. I have never heard anything this forward, taking up a large bulk of the allotted time or asking for a minimum 'seed' amount, at the catholic church (my mother is catholic and I have been to mass with her many times). I rarely hear criticism of these types of churches/pastors though, outside of channels similar to this one on YT.

This makes me so angry. I was so caught up into this at one point in my life and I always thought there is more I need to do or my faith wasn't big enough to be blessed or healed. I remember going up on stage for healing for my knee and ran across the stage "in faith" well my knee was not immediately healed. I left defeated and mad at God. Today I am in a totally different place thanks be to God.
I don't go to church/social clubs, haven't for 30 years. I'm very blessed to be on a deserted island. Just Jesus, the Holy Word, and me. Drawing near to God, and He will Draw near to you. I often hear criticism of the catholic church in regards to asking for money. I have never heard anything this forward, taking up a large bulk of the allotted time or asking for a minimum 'seed' amount, at the catholic church (my mother is catholic and I have been to mass with her many times). I rarely hear criticism of these types of churches/pastors though, outside of channels similar to this one on YT.
