Remove the rib membrane first. It can be stubborn, but worth the extra time. This allows the meat to breath, spices drawn into the meat more. You'll have tastier/more tender ribs. Promise.❤
This guy is a trip. 😂 That would be a cute piece if you were hosting a party but they were not cooked enough. Looked more like my pork chops. And I thought he was going to start an oven fire with that d pineapple top.😂
Cooked exactly how he did it, but on the grill. Way too much honey and sugar, could have been better if you cut down on the honey and no brown sugar. I added some BBQ sauce to try and revive it to make it eatable
Sorry you lost me at about 2:12 with the foil. There are just too many more simpler ways to make jump-off-the-bone ribs without all the extra logistics. Also, the bromelain in the pineapple that tenderizes meat is found in the pealing of the fruit so I'm not sure why it was removed.
Good IDEA. faulty execution. Practice some more...starting with letting the rub marinate on the ribs for half a day. Then cook the ribs at least 5 hours. Those bones should've been falling off considering pineapple is a natural tenderizer
The Seasoning is not cooked into the meat. The meat is certainly undercooked, not tender, at all. Those bones weren't coming outta that slab of ribs. PERIOD. Please do differently next time.
Nobody loan this man a BBQ grill. He'll just get hurt or worse make more of these ribs.
Thissss😂
LMMFAO

That needed to cook longer
Not tinder at all those bones are supposed to just fall off or slide out
Hey.

This looks delicious and thanks god not overcooked 😋😋😋
I perhaps would do this with no honey or granulated sugar on the grill.
where is the recipe?
Just make a pineapple-honey marinade... or cut the top off the pineapple, so it doesn't burn.
Cut the top off, cook it lower and slower and then put the top back on when serving.

This seems like a lot of work, can you just open a restaurant? 😅
THIS IS A JOKE RIGHT?
