Kiptum's legacy seen here, Mateiko believes in himself. Side note; yesterday doing my easy long run a barefoot Kenyan kid ran alongside me for half a km. When he pulled up he said "I'll be faster than Kiptum". That really warmed me heart to hear.
Daniel Mateiko was kiptums pacer at London and in Chicago he made debut. He stayed with Kiptum upto past 30k.
defeninately ! if Mateiko can train his endurance, we may see another kiptum.

Disappointed. Running is not only for elite. As they have their own venues for per invitation only. There are no running age categories like before and not even pacers.
