The Universe has judged you, asked for a prize and it told you no. Judged... is a specific term when dealing with the soul stone. Judged seems like a word put there suggesting Gamora knows thanos' back story and she is rolling that destruction Into his deserving a chance at retrieving the soul stone too. I thought that from day 1 when I heard her say that 3 years ago.

Another great video. Even when these individual marvel films don’t work for me, its still fun that they’re adding to a bigger story that I am enjoying.
I feel like the introduction of galactus through the Eternals movies would be a great way to reinvigorate fan excitement for the IP. Not only that but it all fits very neatly, makes perfect sense while also building on the backstory of the most liked villain of the entire MCU.
I love when Fiege and the writers do this. They have loose plans for the over arching story, and as they're writing new projects, it seems as though they look back very closely at what they've done in previous movies to make sure, canonically, things fit as neatly as possible. I always wonder in they have an entire continuity team over at Marvel/Disney. I can just imagine an overzealous private investigator's white board with red string and thumb tacks depicting a crazy through line for the MCU in a room full of filling cabinets and MCU paraphernalia.
Well they screwed up Thanos's origin with Eternals. Making them Robots doesn't explain how Thanos parents gave birth and how he could bleed when Stark laid into him

Awesome stuff man I hope you keep these coming I will send off to a few folks I know who would love to hear all you have to say about this. I for one would live the videos to stay at about an hour or so but that’s me. Anyway, I’m really hoping that the vision of Chloe and the Cousins will be acted upon and filled through with and definitely a 2nd movie showing a more cosmic/galactic type action flick would be awesome and if they time this right it’ll come right off the heels of guardians 3 which they could obviously use to set a couple things up. Then of course the 3rd movie being a showdown on earth or something like that where the future of earth is decided with a combination of battle and wit would be amazing. I loved the Eternals I happen to love it more on the 2nd and 3rd watch. Keep ‘em coming bro. Really happy to see this video. You provide some of the best content on CZcams!!!

One interesting line we heard in the 1st eternals movie is the "remember who you are" referring to Thena whom I think might also reveals who she really is in the next sequence of the movie.

Bro I love your videos. I don’t minding watching an hour long video you do since it is so detailed and the breakdowns are so good. Great theories. If 30 min videos will mean you will do more videos more often I am all for it. But them being longer doesn’t bother me. I do believe Galactus is a Celestial eater and that is his purpose in the universe so that Celestials don’t grow out of control. Which also may stop Celestial Wars. Because Arishem looked battle tested. Thanos may have wanted to lower the population to stop the Celestials as well.

Like you videos. Great work. Awesome theory but I would like to take it one step further. The basis of Arasheim is to decide whether humanity will be a target for Galactus to feed upon. If Galactus and the Celestials are at odds, it would interesting for the Celestials to starve the Galactus. Pretty grim but humanity either destroyed by cultivating a Celestial or destroyed by feeding Galactus.

I too enjoyed The Eternals movie. I hope it gains more fans thru streaming because I want more of this tone to contrast waititi, Gunn, & watts films. Love their works but I like a slow burn with mythologies too. The darker more serious tone made the celestials more intimidating & can give Galactus that same vibe. Seems like the Russo’s have been the only ones to successfully pull of MCU films w/ serious tones and non linear storytelling.

It would’ve been cool to have the Eternals contact Hank Pym and Steve Lang Ant-man to asked for some Pym particles to go down to Tiamut and shrink him down so he could pop out of the volcano and then make him large again so that way Tiamut would be grateful to the Eternals and even more bonded with the humans of earth plus it would’ve been cool to see him fight to protect earth in the future. Plus it just would have been a cool set up for a call back to this earth saving moment during the ant man 3 movie

What if they are retconning what Galactus feeds on to be the unborn Celestial that is grown enough to be nearing its emergence? That would explain the population thing and give a reason for him to wait before he drains some planets. Maybe Galactus is the universe's population ecosystem balancer for Celestials?
I don't think that would be a retcon. So far, that is my understanding of what he comics portrayed, and why the Silver Surfer thought he was a hero to the universe.

I am so intrigued by the cosmic/Celestial/Galactus aspects of Marvel & MCU. I really hope they lean into that hard. And although love & Thunder is contentious I still find the whole Eternity & other cosmic Easter eggs fascinating.

Perhaps, all instances of emergence aren't the same, especially with a huge variance in planetary size.
Another crazy idea about the "organic" Eternals, is that perhaps the celestials "created" their their workforce by repurposing and augmenting the population of Titan after an emergence event where the eternal broke out of the much larger planet, Titan, without total destruction, but damaging it enough to cause incredible damage to the core and knocking it off it's axis, as Starlord noted.
This why , I believe throughout the MCU after End Game it’s constantly been planted the message “Thanos was Right” to me it sets up an even bigger storyline to that statement having to do with the Celestial’s.

Regarding your Thor: Love and Thunder video, I think a teaser trailer is coming soon. Likely on Valentines Day.
I like the video, but Galactus does not have to consume planets that have life. In fact, the Silver Surfer would only take Galactus to planets that DID NOT have sentient life until Galactus, feeling that Surfer was taking to long to find him something to eat, altered the Surfers mind and repressed his emotions so that he would take him to the closest suitable planet.
In the What If episode where T'challa is Star Lord and since he had changed Thanos's mind on erasing half the population and since Marvel is saying that the Emergence was bout to happen even if Thanos hadn't snapped half that population away. Then in that time line the Emergence should be bout to happen. Maybe we'll see it in season 2..
Guardians of the Galaxy shown Eson using the power stone. The Celestials were technologically advanced. Maybe they decided and was able to stop the emergence. Maybe we saw Eson rendering judgment on Titan. Thanos survived because he was exiled perhaps. Eros became a fugitive of the Celestials for stopping the Emergence. Thanos probably returned thinking what claimed came true not knowing the Celestials cause the destruction because of the Emergence rebellion. Could be why they now synthetically create Eternals without the ability to reproduce and wipe their memories clean with each Emergence mission. Titan was Thanos planet. Ironic the new Eternals were told they were from Olympia.

The emergence of a celestial is slower and isn’t as crazy as the visual of Tiamut blowing up the world (which was really cool) it was much slower and seems like he comes out of the ground head first… So I definitely think Titan was ruined by a celestial emergence

Galactus feeds off celestial energy kind of like a vampire and silver surfer etc are not only to find planets with sustainable life but maybe silver surfer etc battle any eternals or anything that would prevent Galactus from his celestial milkshake

This is the holy grail of finding out Marvel Studios intensions with Galactus in the MCU. I don't like the idea of Galactus been Franklin Richards and not Galan, however, Earth X is badass and its just kinda a What if scenario. What i find intersting is like you said in the movie they borrowed from this story but in the movie is Earth 616 so i am hoping they bring in Galactus as Galan.
The new eternals comics have been changing a lot of the mythos. I know there’s differences in the original comics n the film but now mutants derive from deviants and it makes me wonder, are they changing the comics to be more like the films? They also explain that mother, father, daughter n son are titles like king, queen, prince, princess… so maybe that explains eternals family dynamic.🤷🏼♂️ just a thought
The young version of Thanos is not Thanos is Thane he is Thanos son he will do everything to wake his father. It was reviewed in Guardians of the Galaxy vol 3
Love this video, what if thanos tried to stop the emergence and because he got exiled, he told the surfer to have galactus eat the planet , could be a nice boy wit to introduce him and connected it all
No. Having Surfer do/did an interaction with Thanos is cool, but him telling Surfer to have Galactus consume the planet would take away from his character a bit. It would be better and simpler to have SURFER come to Titan and told Thanos that Galactus would consume his planet in 8 days or whatever, and the only way this could be avoided was to find a way to half all of life on the planet, and also telling him about the Celestials/Celestial Egg in the process.
Thanos having the Deviant gene could be the reason that the Celestials stopped making organic Eternals and started making synthetic ones.

Actually in a way. This also explains ego the living planet and galactus’ rival in this universe. Ego is considered a celestial in this world, and if they had a rivalry in this universe then ego being a celestial would be a reason galactus would despise ego in this universe
Love your videos buddy, you do a great job. So, continuing on your theories... now imagine that Thanos found out about the celestials plans, as well as galactus, and his wanting to cull half the universe was to directly attack and take revenge on either the celestials and/or galactus. And what if his "children" were all from planets that went through the same as he experienced on his planet. And he was really, at the expense of half the universe, going after a bigger threat, right idea wrong approach. Just makes him an even more complex character.

the deviants appear to be completely organic. Also if Thanos was born with a deviant Gene that would imply organic inheritance. 🤔 The question I suppose I have is if Ikarus and cersei could conceive. after all cersei has the power to make sprite mortal and grow. It's entirely possible that the Eternals from Titan had made themselves organic and over time birthed an entire global culture of other eternals. Some of the most interesting concepts marvel has produced thus far. 👌.

Galactus and His Heralds have a project in active development over at Marvel Studios. Galactus is going to be one of the main villains in Secret Wars, to which the Russo’s Bros. have already begun researching because they’re coming back to direct it.
This would be a great tie in for a silver surf. Galactus, and Thanos as his harald, Thanos and Galactus get defeated. Galactus strips Thanos of being his harald, end up satving and finds Norrin Radd's plant.

I have always thought that Galactus and the Celestials were enemies, If memory serves me correctly, Galactus is supposed to be the survivor of the previous universe. We know from the comics that the earth had a 'sleeping' Celestial and that could be the possible reason for Galactus attacking the earth, it could be that Galactus blames the Celestials for the destruction of his original home planet and universe, as well as a reason for their eternal war and the targeting specific planets, as in those planets hosting a Celestial.

Another random theory: Odin is a very old Eternal that broke out of his cycle. Asgard was the remnant of his destroyed planet.
One more: Phastos created the Ten Rings in his previous incarnation, designed to find himself in the future but something went wrong. They may be designed as a weapon against the Celestials

Didn’t like Eternals when I first watched it, but looking back and seeing how much it set up I like it more. They really should have done a series to introduce all the characters and relationships first. It was too much to intro in the movie
