What a beautiful massive harvest of peppers! Wow! Love the jar that you fermented the garlic in - so pretty. Also that tiny jar with the flowers in it - I had asked about that previously and wound up buying a set for myself. My mouth is watering - I so wish I could taste that sauce. Absolutely love how you include specific safety information, so that people don't think you can just pop food in a jar and store it for a long time without taking precautions. You're amazing Nancy!
