My husband had a 71 750E. On a rigid frame from Denver frames. The motor was moderately built, to an 836. He said it could be built to a 1000 dragster, for these cases were stronger then the later ones.
All's I know is that thing hauled butt. Especially on that frame, doing a hundred and thirty!!! One other thing, it's set so low you didn't need a kickstand. He just used a small square of two by four, under the pipes that were tucked in tight. That piece of wood set under the carburetors held in place by the Overflow tubes, never lost that piece of wood, amazing. Fun memories.💥🗻😁
