The recent cut of VINCENT CHANSARD on one piece's recent ep was just beautifully choreographed, with beautiful impact frames and an awesome use of background and camera movement.

Bruh, Elusive Samurai adaptation might ironically have better action sequences than Sakamoto adaptation lmaoo.....

I know a lot of ppl are worried with Netflix handling Sakamoto but considering how well they did with Dungeon Meshi I have faith in them. Also if the animated fight sequences are even a fraction as good as they are in the manga then I see it as an absolute win.
@@varsh1568I mean, Studio Trigger, who is known for their quality, did Dungeon Meshi.
And I'm sure almost no one even knows about the studio adapting Sakamoto Days. . . But I do hope they do a good job.
@@justsomeannoyingredpandathat studio did detective Conan so it should be fine. It has also helped a lot of other studios with the anime they were working in so by no means they are "new" just unknown to general audiences
@@varsh1568but netflix is not an animation studio lol.... they just distributing those series. Dungeon Meshi was made by Studio Trigger, which is a good studio. The studio for Sakadays is TMS, and based on the staff it doesn't look promising for a action heavy series.

Thanks to you mentioning it, I gave it a chance to "days with my stepsister" and immedialty started reading the LN after watching the first 3 episodes. It's really not what I was expecting (in a good way, of course). I really appreciate the author for telling the story as realistically as he can, again thx for recommending it.
Pseudo harem has to be my favorite romcom. Hyped as hell for the adaptation!

I read the manga and I didnt originally like the 2.5D stage play arc very much since I felt like "a lot of yapping" happened (there were certainly interesting parts Ill give Aka that) and every other chapter was the average Kana and Akane arguments, but from the first episode I can already tell this will be wayyy better than actually reading it lmao.
@@legendmc119 I get what you mean - the arc was a lot about the Akane/Kana conflict, but overall I thought it was pretty interesting because it showed a bit of behind the scenes action as well with the mangakas (funfact: they share the first two letters of the authors names Ak and Yo in their last names). And they will cook the hell out of these visuals, so true!! Looks awesome so far
Dang I just skipped it. Everyone spoiled me so it won’t hit as hard then people keep telling me it peaked episode premiere and it’s all idol stuff and I don’t care about idols much as I’m not huge into music lol guess it’s not for me. Plus people seem to hate it now but seems like fan canon hater wars. Maybe I’ll watch after this season. Now I see why jjk haters or shonen in general hate seasons where a shonen is most talked about lol. They don’t wanna watch as they get spoiled if they don’t and also don’t have the emotional attachment fans have to the subject 😂hope y’all enjoy the season though and nice to see it’s not all down hill
@@nichescenes Fair, I got JJK spoiled a lot, in the process of reading the Manga and at least I didnt get spoiled for most of it so thats fun... completely understandable though.

That's around 3 shows per day which is an hour so not that surprising

[Tl;dr at bottom] Ngl, not looking forward to this season. There's some stuff I might check out when it's done but nothing week to week. My top picks are Pseudo Harem because I've recently gotten interesting in writing acting and binginging Oshi no ko when second season is done. I'll use this time to clear up backlog + add some older shows that know one talks about anymore.
Tl;dr: not hyped, gimme some old gem anime that y'all like.

Yo Probably Pretentious, while I get why oshi no ko disappointed you, I do want to know why exactly you didn't seem to be even entertained by the later episodes, as the character-focused slice of life romcom vibes coming from the show seem to match your taste in anime, at least from what I can gather from watching a good amount of your videos. And while it doesn't really focus too hard on the dark aspects of the idol industry like you seem to have expected, it's still incredibly informative about the creation process and mindset that goes into many types of media, without being afraid to break below the surface and go over controversial topics. This question might seem a bit.... pretentious, but I am genuinely curious on your thought process behind the show losing your attention.

Oshi No Ko season 2 is the only show this season that is a continuation of something familiar for me. Everything else is stepping into new territory. Unless my expectations get reverted, this is looking to be a weaker season than most recent ones imo.

He needs to do popular stuff to fuel the more random passion projects. Also he said he doesn’t like Rudy if I’m spelling it right. I don’t watch show. He thinks it’s badly written. He doesn’t like kaiju either. I’m surprised when he likes action as he expects a lot plot wise or enjoys drama shows aka slice of life. He respects jjk surprisingly lol maybe the pacing is fast enough he doesn’t mind. Fair enough most critics I know hate action series and roll their eyes and get bored of anything big not big on character. interactions. I like both 😂
