I am a retired govt.employee here in the PH we were able to acquire 3 residential lots in E.Samar and 1 ha coco land.acquiring land in the province is not too expensive you can buy here at 1,500-2,000 per SQ.m.residential lots.
He looks like cogie Domingo a filipino actor!

They have a very strict hiring process over there. A degree in education for starters and at least 4 years experience teaching IB (international baccalaureate).
Good interview❤
Interesting guy! I just watched his interview with Mike, so I'm not going to watch again. I think I've seen him on Paul's channel too.
If you know you don't like sitting in front of a computer, follow your gut and pass on IT security. That field ties people to their desk.
Yeah - He wants to meet chicjs . . .
I meant - You can tell - He wants to meet chicks . . .
Nah. IT pays well and working remotely is not uncommon in that industry.
Mabuhay po Pilipinas ❤❤❤
Mark, the younger crowd, western crowd are in Siargao.

Great interview and a very interesting guy.. I subscribeed to his channel and I'm definitely going to check him out.. I learned a few things from the interview and thank you so much for getting such interesting and informative guests.. I really like how humble and articulate and honest this guy is.. humbleness and honesty are too rare qualities in today's world.. those are the two things I like also about you mark..👍👍
Thank you for watching and for taking the time to comment 😀
@@everymanhasastory I will always like you, but that is a generic comment
The camera suffers from a lot of focus breathing.
Best to just put it on manual focus.
Okay thanks for the tip
The gal youre thinking of is, Traveling with Kristin
He was vlogging here in the Philippines prior or during Covid.
As an Alaskan, I can confirm.
My brother and his family live in Arizona
You are probably thinking of Alina Mcleod who has a great travel channel. On that note Mark, please check out Eli from Russia too
Yes! You're right
Yes, Eli has lots of good content.
Why did he move to PH?...It was a GIRL!!😂😊
Yes maybe girls around metro not expensive..lol😂😂
Did he ever mentioned that he moved to the Philippines because of a Filipina girl?..?..
@@seamandongtvhe cant even get a girl duh
Filipinas are the Best in Asia bcoz of the Spanish-Malay-Chinese intermarriages for so many centuries..and the intensive almost 300 years as Spanish colony and the still prevalent Tango with the American connection!-- and the Catholic Morals!❤❤❤
@@seamandongtv and that's laughable because he should go with high maintenance, fashion model looking partner in life?
Welcome to the Philippines. God Bless
hey mark, mind if i ask if this is an old interview .....
🤔
No. I just met Arron.
Well Aron is a good looking Guy its not unusual if girls are running after him lol 😂😂😂
I thought she will stay in malaysia
You have channel Aron?
good guy. of course starting his own blog lol seems most of yr interviews r for dudes to promote themselves lols orry MArk. how many don't hv their own channels?
I hated Bali, ripped off, challenged to fight by coconut seller lol jetski refused for 10$ for 5 min when no one's using them and 3 are sitting there int he sand with the bored kid lol wallet stolen, touts every 5 feet saying, "tuk-tuk? hashish? Viagra? girl?" traffic a nightmare to go to the butterfly/birds sanctuary and other side of island where the black/white sand it. i was in den passar. easy to meet girls though and cheap great food so.......felt guilty with all the local with trinket jobs and all the tourists la-la-la with everything. what ever happened to that big chef with the big hat who wanted to do charity work with orphanages near Dumaguete.
I don't think he chose The Philippines. I follow him and he likes Malaysia.
Yes, poverty is a shock.
afraid to see poverty? why, where is your home country?
whence country you are? your roots, i mean
LOL if you are in US right now there's nothing more shocking than the homeless
he says THailand in another video wtf
LADYBOY TRIPPING IN THAILAND!😂😂
move in with me 😆 ..😅 peace✌️
You can work in a call center i guess..
That would suck
Philippines is not the ideal country for foreigners to settle & retire foreigners in PH can't even own small portions of lands & have very limited & restricted rights they can own condos however condos unlike lands decrease in value over time foreigners can obtain PH citizenship if born & raised in PH like the prominent Spanish Ayala family which is not the case of expat newcomers The Philippine Dream is real for rich Filipinos only
Thailand - same. But many... many expats living there.
I think you can put your name on a proprerty title with your wife/SO rather than hers alone. And if its a house, make sure that theres a printed document in there that she cannot sell it alone- if thats one of your concern. Im not 100%, consult a big city or local civil lawyer for comparison. Information(s) you get from people the are inconsistent from little things to bigger ones...always ask another person as a general rule.
same post. copy paste?
It will change as time goes by don't lose hope my friend.
If you don't have faith in Christ, anything goes..your house, your woman or your retirement. First thing first, pray for a Godly woman and the rest is not a thing.
It was poverty shock
