Excellent Dj 2 Legit. Thanks for sharing this experience.
Awesome
thanks for sharing the load up pic..... I have a Yukon ... I love to see how other DJs load their trucks/suv's
I never thought of buying a battery operated speaker for outdoor. wowzers thank you I'm going to invest in one
You nailed it. Lots of people telling what you need to look like and sound like. You gotta be you. Every venue and every party/wedding is different. Nobody cares what the DJs table or booth brand was or what brand speaker or mics. All they care about is having a good time and you being professional and presentable
Thank you
You got the right idea on the ceremony system. I use a jackery and a regular powered 12 and either a wireless mic and a behringer 4 channel board or a condencer mic setup beside the preacher so everybody is heard. I am here in Missouri been in business 7 yrs been a pro sound engineer for over 20yrs. So yes. if you got skills in sound, speaking and mixing you got a lot of skills to bring to the table. Anything you can do to make the wedding very special for the couple is very much worth doing.
Great content brotha, glad to see you enjoying your craft and some great reliable gear! Blessings
Agreed. I’ve done all kinds of set ups, and I always go back to my table and scram. I love that it’s light. It’s fast and easy to set up and it’s clean looking. I love your videos keep up the great work.
Great job my friend 😊
Thank you 🤗
Great gig log . I'm going to try to get that ceremony setup .
All the pieces to it are linked in the description. I'm gonna do more videos on it as well.
you nailed it....
Thanks!
Nice Rig!
Thanks! I have so many different rigs. I like to use this one for when I need a lot of sound.
Good to see ya back at it big dawg💯
You always have great gig log videos. Keep doing what you do my brother.
Good microphone with no feedback even with your speakers being close. Always good to see your video logs, Vince.
Thanks! Yeah I tried to get them to stand further away from the speakers but sometimes people just don't listen and stand wherever they want to lol.
great stuff 2Legit... tips and setup breakdowns, ceremony too... awesome bro
Awesome Gig DJ!
Great Narration and Energy!
💪💪💪💪❗
Excellent information. I use a setup similar to yours and your suggestions are always helpful and relevant.
Great vlog!! Very informative....Your set ups are dope!! There are alot of DJ's out there who are strictly concerned about wires & other petty things, however, when it comes to keeping the DanceFloor packed, they are lacking....you keep the party jumping.....keep dropping them vlogs!!!
Nice
2L its been a minute! Glad to see another gig log by you. You killed it -- thanks for the shout out my man!
I'm glad the GTD mics worked out and you were able to auto scan. Another cool feature is if it says that the channels are full when you auto scan, you can change the channel "group" on the mics and then hit auto scan again for more channel options. I have yet to have any kind of drop out. Love those mics, but still not too keen on its lapel version, so I'm glad you talked and demo'd the Phenyx PTU-71's lapel. I was definitely paying attention during that part haha
Thank you my man for schooling me on the auto scan feature! The mics worked just fine that night. I did try to get them to stand further away to give it an even greater test, but you know sometimes our words fall on deaf ears and people just do what they wanna do lol. PEACE!!!
@@DJ2Legit007 haha of course man. They are solid. keep rockin!!
Glad to see you posting again. I know you are busy but keep the videos coming. Watching your channel gives me inspiration. Keep up the good work!
Comments like yours gives me inspiration. Thanks!!!
Welcome back. To touch on your table and scrim comment. I believe it's regional. A majority of the people attending this wedding have jeans on. That's not the attire where I live. I use a table and scrim for non wedding event, because it's more casual. For wedding I use a facade. What's important is if you're delivering a good service.
If you look at my previous gig logs, you will see a lot of my weddings where everyone was dressed in formal attire. I've never used a facade or podium style table, yet I always get compliments on the setup.
What's up 2lagit , glad to see you back on here , enjoyed your video as always and love your lighting . been wanting to get some of them tubes , they look so cool , still working on it...kind of sucks not being able to here your music , did not know about the you tube thing ...but if you are getting paid well its all good .. sending positive vibes all the way from Chicago. Keep them gig logs coming .
Thanks DJ Galvin! Yes of course I would much rather prefer to play the songs in my gig logs, but the fact that the copyright owners have been making $$$ off my videos while I get nothing doesn't sit right with me anymore. Yes, the 360 pixel tubes are great looking lights and so easy to use and set up. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Once again brother. Great video presentation. Liked your comment on DJ facades, podiums & scrims.
Q: why do u use 2 different brands or wireless mics (Pheonix & GTD). Wouldn't u prefer the better system for both ceremony & reception?
Thanks. The Phenyx Pro mics are my go to mics for ceremony and reception. You just happen to catch the one time where I was testing the GTD Audio mics on a live gig lol. That was a one time only thing.
Evolve 50's would have been fine for this room and head count.
Dang that 210D has umph!
Thanks! I wish you could hear it in person. It's an amazing little speaker!
@@DJ2Legit007 what a gem!
Word use the podium and or facade that works for you
I know this is a minor off the hinge question but what type of watch was that you were wearing?
Those pixel tube lights are game changers. Really nice light show without much setup and teardown. If i order them through the link on your review video do you get a little cut from it? Also agree with table and scrim. IMO if a customer is upset about me not using a facade, they are probably going to be unhappy about a lot of other things also. I'd rather pass on those jobs and work for reasonable folks. Showing up on time, being organized and courteous, rolling with changes, etc is way more important. I like how you show that in your gig logs. Anyways, thanks for the new video. Always enjoy your stuff. Peace!
Thanks! Yes if you order through one of the links I posted, I do get a tiny cut from the sale. Glad you appreciate the messages I try to convey in my videos about what clients truly care about and what's most important. I agree, the pixel tubes look great!
Yeah i hate when they break down early, and start standing around looking at me break down. They say take your time but you know they are saying can you please hurry. I tell them I will be out of here in about 40 minutes just so they can have a general idea. But I can usually get out before that time anyway.
Hey Boss! What tray is that? I really need one!
All equipment is listed in the description.
where did you get your up lights

Wanted to hear your mixing. But i guess i understand you be copyright infringement?
Good to see ya brotha.
You have a set up system that makes it look easy. But you need an assistant.
Get a roadie youre the artist and talent.
Peace out.
I used to use assistants and still do sometimes, but most are useless. I have to explain over and over how to do things. I can do it faster myself. Most assistants and roadies are just looking for the pay. Which is fine but they just slow me down.
Where you been my friend.
Working lol.
I wanted to ask you what do you do on your mics to avoid feed back. I don’t like the feed back I get so your help is greatly appreciated. Good Dj gig log keep them coming.
@juanbanuelos6411 I used to be a soundman before I was a DJ. Feedback is caused by too much treble or bass on the mic (usually treble) or the microphone's volume feeding back into the microphone like if the person is standing too close to the speaker, so in that case you have to lower the mic volume. Good luck!
Thanks for that information
I agree if you have a Bride thats willing to dance and party all night it makes a world of difference. The last wedding I did the bridal party were useless AF and the Bride wasnt a dancer at all. It wasnt a great gig
Yeah I agree. That sucks. Oh well, we all have good gigs and not so good gigs. You'll have a good one again, hopefully soon!
