Your post got my attention because Stephen Ogbuabia suggested that Igbo day be resuscitated in order to help unite Igbo people. I don't really understand how Ohanaeze celebrating Igbo day help us as a people. Please expound on your point.

The Ahiajioku Lecture Festival was also a huge event that brought Igbo together from all over Igbo land. It was always an opportunity for the celebration of the arts and culture of the Igbo, and highlighted by a lecture series that allowed the brightest Igbo minds to offer an intellectual analysis of the affairs of the Igbo. The festival was founded in 1979 by the late great governor of Imo state Dee Sam Mbakwe.

The whole of Anioma was called Ikaigbo.
Ika LGAs are two. All the people there are not exactly the same lineages and even the dialect vary within these LGAs. Over 90% or 9 out of 10 are Igbos.
The area of Ika LGAs that has issues is the Agbor and Owa area:
    1. Agbor and Owa have a few Bini ozara villages. These are like Igbo igbanke carved into Edo state, but these bini ozara speakers were put into Ika north east LGA. So these few ozara villages are the one who claim not to be Igbo and also push the majority Owa and Agbor to not claim Igbo.
The 5% ozara Bini speakers are not Igbo, so always find out if any person rejecting Igbo with pure hate is from Ozara bini village Around Agbor.
Agbor and Owa kingdom are structures and these Ozara bini people are included in Agbor Kingdom and Owa kingdom too I think.
I think it's in only Agbor and Owa kingdoms you have got these ozara Bini speakers.
These Ozara people hide under Ika for their Bini expansion project. At most Agbor Igbo majority if they keep quiet for peace sake the bini Ozara people will dominate them and make them slaves in Agbor and Owa kingdom.
Akumazi, umunede, abavo, etc dialect is not even like Agbor?

Because I have friends from Benue state Tiv tribe and they understand igbo language by watching igbo movie 🎥🍿, so it's another way to enlighten our brothers and sisters outside of mainland Igbo that we're One family undivided. Yes. Brother God bless you.in addition they have Yoruba in Kogi and Kwara state like Dino melaya And Saraki from kwara state but they never deny that they're Yoruba family, even though their geopolitical zone is in the northern Nigeria, yet they're proud Yoruba's. It is better to say it this way,"Igbo people of ika, Igbo people of Ikwere or Rivers, Igbo people of southeast etc.

They r Igbos, but it has nothing 2do with Urhobo reference.
Evn if d Urhobo doesn't refer 2 dem as Igbo, they r still Igbos.
4 example, in d North, all of d former Eastern Region tribes r seen as Igbo. 2dem in d North - Ijaw, Ogoni, Efik, Ibibio, etc all r Igbos.
But dat doesn't mean it's true.
Weda or not Urhobo refer 2 dem as Igbo, they r still Igbos

    Igbo is one.
There's nothing like similarly of Aniocha and the Igbos, this is a further discriminatory and wouldn't add value to getting Igbos together.
