  • Organizational leadership is an approach that involves meeting the goals of individuals and of the group as a whole, simultaneously. A degree in organizational leadership helps prepare students to become successful leaders within any industry. Organizational leaders focus on having a vision, building a strategy to bring that vision to reality, and interacting with people to get them involved in the process.

If you get this degree, get a minor in accounting, business or engineering. Because you'll need something to stack on this questionable degree.

@@novakvideoproductions No, I graduated from The Arizona State School of Law back in 2001. This is before the name change to O'Connor Law.( I can't remember when they changed it.) But my undergrad degree was business with a minor in (MIS) As a sidenote: My sister has a bachelor's degree in psychology, and struggling. When she was confronted with the harsh reality of making 45k or less unless she got a master's, her spirit was broken.

@@novakvideoproductions Yeah it's crazy. The bachelors in psychology probably would be more advantageous if there was more of a scarcity. But my theory regarding underperforming degrees, is that people are trying to avoid math. When I look at stats, degrees that require more than just entry-level college algebra tend to have higher earning power. It's just an observation. Back in the 80's and early 1990's any degree would have you eligible for a mid level position. Today, employers wanna know if you can solve a problem or create something. If not, you will likely fall into the 40k and under club. (Or working manual labor.)

@@d.rabbit7276 I avoided math and majored in History. However, I work in tech... my salary puts me in the top 2%. I got there before I even had a degree (went back to school just for fun in 2021). If you believe in yourself you can do great things regardless of your college major. If you view college just as a trade school, then not so much.
