@N1CO I can't do vocals because my siblings don't support me for being a therian and it's not my choice so if I like meow like a cat they would judge me and if I do quads that helps me connect they just aren't really nice or supportive about that :(
1:30 i live in an area with lots of dried up grass so i do that and either draw the calamity box from amphibia or the glyphs from the owl house on sidewalks, trees, etc

1:54 so uh ferrets have a hunting technique where if chasing their prey doesn’t work they “go crazy”. Essentially they flip and flop around which confuses the prey. As they do this the edge closer until they attack.
If you like it, of course it's fine! I think you can practice quadrobics even if you don't see yourself as an animal/any other being what walks on all four. Doing quadrobics can be a good way to connect to your theriotype, but it also can be a sport or just a fun activity for you!

An idea keep in mind its kinda an expensive idea if your not interested get wolfquest its really fun and u can get multiplayer as well ive even seen a few ither therians on there
for the shifting one... erm, you can't just HAVE a shift. you can try to make it happen with therian hypnosis, but you can't just be like, "Oh, I'm bored, i wanna have a shift." Other thatn that, great job on ur first vid!

Umm I don't think you can control wether you have a shift or not. You can act more like your theriotype on purpose but I don't think you can control shifts + there are different types if shifts

I'm scared to accidentally have a lucid nightmare because I have never had a lucid dream so I'm scared with what would happen any tips? :(
