No, the other way around. We should import cars and bikes from the US to europe so when you are going 200 km/h the speedo shows 120 (mph), which is highway legal everywhere in europe :p

If the Police Department is desperate and need to generate some revenue, they will find a way. As long as they can identify a location and a violation, they can easily find a person and ticket them. Just look at the guy several months ago who put up the vid of him driving around that custom dune buggy on public roads like an ass. They found him quick.
