My first days in the country were super nice, regardless of being here during the cold period of the year. During the day, it is quite warm and lovely to be outside and spend time with the locals to learn and observe.

Don’t give even a single coin to those kind of people cuz the more you give them the more they will expect from foreigners.
If you are the kind of person who can’t say no to others then the best way to avoid them is either speak another language or pretend to be deaf.
I hope you don’t think Nepal is a bad country cuz of scammers and plus those women are Indian not Nepalese.

Our country boarder is open most of homeless Indian people come Nepal they work on Kathmandu if they saw tourist they try to scam😪 They have lots of group their work is scamming tourist and survived. Real local Kathmandu people never behavior like that they are helpful❤️🔥. Few year ago I visit india there is lot of scammer like that. This type of scammer disturbing Nepali tourism but our New mayor Balen shah try to solve scammer ,Kathmandu electric wire and clean Kathmandu if you visit after 5yrs you will not face like that problem you get clean beautiful city kathamandu❤️🔥🇳🇵

At 10:26 the shopkeeper said " vaney paxi ajha chamal samal kindiyena?"
That is "So he hasn't bought you a packet of rice today?"
I have seen this type of scam in India where a seemingly helpless lady ask a tourist to buy a packet of rice from a store as her family was suffering from hunger, according to what she says.
After the tourist buys her a packet of rice, she blesses the tourist for the help and they separate, greeting each other nice days ahead.
The seemingly helpless lady then goes to the same store and returns the packet of rice and the store owner divides the income between them which they generated scamming innocent tourists.
But what surprised me was that I was completely unaware of such scams running inside our country too.
I want Kathmandu metropolis and Balen to take necessary action towards such scammers too.
Nepali daju vai didi bahini haru le chai yesta manxey haru bata tourist haru lai bachna help gari dinu hola. Yesta manxey haru ko kaaran le garda tourist haru ma Nepal ko prati naramro image create hunxa. Uni haru lai khulera travel garna garo parxa ani aru lai paxi afno experience sunauda Nepal ko barey naramro pani vanna sakxan.
Tesailey yesta manxey haru lai chai baru concerned authority haru lai jimma lagayera karbahi garna lagauda hunxa.
We are completely unknown about these scams cuz those scammers knows that the people of the country (Nepalese people) ain’t gonna fall for those scams.
And thank you for taking necessary actions towards them.

Disadvantage for having open border with India as lots of scammer and begger are encroaching towards nepal and making bad impression on Nepalese . Recently in one foreigner vlog he was scammed by man asking to buy things, he was eventually caught and arrested and put behind bars. If you saw police nearby you can inform them. I am feeling ashamed of those shopkeepers encouraging those scammer . Happy to see that you researched before coming to Nepal . Be safe and enjoy

Dear Davud, there are actually 3 international airports in Nepal. They are in Kathmandu, Bhairahawa and Pokhara. Bhairahawa (Lord Gautam Buddha International Airport ) is in operation since 6-7 months and has international flights too and where as Pokhara International Airport was inaugurated this years on the New years day (1st Jan 2023) but its has yet to start a international flights.
Not sure that is happening any time soon after that big crash

Hey Davud, Nepal has two other international airports as well. The other two are Gautam Buddha international airport and Pokhara International airport. Both of them opened their services just from this year. Now you can directly fly to lumbini and pokhara.
Lumbini ma jhinga ta udeka chainan. Airplane kata bata udne ho?
Pokhara ko ni 2500m runway bhaeko airport ho. A30 jastai 150 seater plane matra aauchan.....
Saat-samundra pari bata direct flight ash nagarey ni huncha...
They are opened mainly for pilgrimage boss. They serve mainly India, GBIA serves qatar, Malaysia, kuwait also. It's useless for non pilgrimage travellers.

And pokhara international airport should've been constructed much further away from the city or not constructed at all. Pokhara will be heavily polluted just like Kathmandu which it had managed to avoid somehow. A320 ya 330 and 737s haru lai nai target garera banako ho pokhara ra gbia chai. Long distance vanda regional sub continent ko tourist lai banako ho huna chai but lets see if it lives up to its expectations.
