Thank you young man. I really appreciate your work and presentations. I'm 70yo and cook for my wife and myself. My "Summer Skillet" recipe in order of additions due to ~cook time of ingredients, quantities are up to you : hot skillet + evoo + diced onion '2min' cubed zucchini '2min' cubed y-squash + Slt&Ppr, ?pwdr grlc? '2-3min' diced roma / high simmer + stirring ~5-6min or until tender as desired, serve over rice or yellow corn meal hoecakes or stuff inside maize gorditas. Extra Good : "Desalted-salt fish@Walmart", crumble in before tomatoes.
