    I still wonder why don't athletes use dextrose (glucose) instead of sugar, at least some of the time? Glucose doesn't need to go through the liver, it can be directly absorbed by the cells, making the absobtion a little bit faster, and healthier in the long run.

      fructose is important, because it helps with the absorption of glucose in the small intestine. With s glucso to fructose ratio of 1:0.8 they can fuel the most effectiv way

    I can easily eat +8000 calories every day...happily. I'll still be slow though😅

      isnt it amazing that people are obese? getting up to 350lbs takes more "training & dedication" of shoveling food down yer gullet than it takes to have a 400watt ftp lmao.

    Ha! you call that a "CARB LOAD". My friends, im 75kg and there isnt a training day that goes by that I don't eat 2 boxes of ricearoni, an 8pk of pop tarts and a large pizza!
