Just got this mouse as an alternative to my previous Viper Mini and shape wise it is very similar. Replaced the stock feet with Viper Mini Corepads and they fit very snug without having to do any cutting. For the price for what is a 'next best' wireless viper mini, it is fantastic! Honestly prefer it over my Pulsar x2 Mini BL edition
Did you get the MOBA one? If so how did the mouse latency compared to viper mini? I want to replace my viper mini with either Attack Shark X3, Dragonfly F1, or AJ199 But i still very much uncertain on which one should i buy because according to a review that i saw on Reddit, AS X3 had 30-40ms of latency compared to viper mini 2ms latency (according to Rtings)
I got the Pro Max. Latency wise I couldn't even tell if i'm going to be honest. Viper Mini is probably quicker (physically) because the clicks aren't as heavy compared to the Pro Max.@@graze1177

first of all, awesome video, great edit and transparent comparison. secondly, 3 more symm mice is another disappoint for me, really wish they can make a ergo line up. third. seems like 3395 has been the new kid on the street for every single mouse. And we are right at the front line of it, hopefully couple more month down the line, it will be more mature, 4k,2k polling rate on pc stuff.

It's really annoying having to use google lens every time to try understand what each of the settings are, and what exactly you want to switch on or off. Also, would be good to get an idea of like what is OPTIMAL to have on/off. Cheers

Great vid as always. As soon as I saw ur first videos about the vgn dragonfly i remember instantly ordering the moba edition and it came in a week later. At first i thought the mouse was too small but after my hands got used to it I tried going back to my g pro superlight and it feels way too big now. The presicion on a smaller mouse is very noticable. I use a mix of claw and fingertip and the hump is big enough to lock the mouse into my palm for when i need stability. I think its a good shape but I recently saw the new finalmouse ultralight X and assuming the units are available and also it has a good qc I would def get one of those too. Anyways great review, much love

great video, is there much laboriousness to putting a new battery in or stuff to make sure of or just basic soldering? maybe a video of "how to do these x mods to your mouse" I've seen some battery's with three vs two wires being really annoying to find compatibility or just having to strip wires from old battery and put them on new one. I know there's probably videos out there of what I'm asking but your quality and setup is the difference maker.
As a person who done quite a few mice mods using @beardedbob as my inspo , i can safely say its not rocket science since i started from 0 experience in this area. The difference between the 2 wires and 3 wires of the batteries is simply the fact that the 3rd wire is used for monitoring and you can easily ground it by soldering it to the ground wire(black one in most of the cases) and your mice will still run fine but the battery status in the software will bugg out. However, that wasnt the case with my GPX using only 2 wires and not grounding the 3rd one but was an issue with the Sora , had to ground it otherwise the mouse will refuse to work wiresslesy. Based on liam photage , i can asume the VGN will work just fine without the monitoring wire. ALSO , VERY IMPORTANT , use a multimeter figure which is the + and which is - , otherwise you can brick your mice permanently. Good luck modding !

I replaced them with corepad lamzu aftermarket skates, although it doesn't look as pretty, the mouse-feel improved quite a bit

fyi, those Kailh GEs on the F1 pro/pro max are actually Kailh GM 8.0. they just reusing/recoloring it under new color shells same thing with the Huanos on F1 MOBA. I think it would be better if they decided to use TTC Gold encoder instead of TTC white
Do you have any tips to prevent stripping screw when opening up the mouse? I bought the Darmoshark M3 and after open it up 2 times those white screws got damaged so easily, unlike the G Pro X Superlight black screws

Hey, I currently use an mm710 and was thinking of upgrading to a wireless mouse. I tried using a viper mini for a while but the scroll wheel broke (went up when scrolled down). Switching back, I realised that I liked the mm710s "wider" feel that fits my hand more compared to the extremely skinny viper. I compared all the mice using eloshapes and it looks like the F1 MOBA has a similar size to the viper mini, so I was wondering if I would end up liking it. Hope to hear anyone's thoughts, thank you!
Hey, may i know which stock switches are better ? The Kailh golden black mamba (F1 Pro) or the Huano ice berry pink dot (F1 MOBA) And does the different chip in those two mice make a difference? (Nordic 52833 and Nordic 52840)

just got my F1 pro, when i use 4k i feel a get drops in frames in valorant and in apex, on 2k it doesn't happen, is it something with the software or am i missing some updates or something?
@@AimAdapt a Ryzen 5 3600x, a rx 5700xt, 32gb ram at 3200 and 1tb ssd, i closed the software and it was better but the fps still dropped but by a lot less, like from 200 to about 170
@@Ottoni174 Make sure you don't have any programs or overlays running. Disable the steam overlay. Try and make sure the mouse is connected to its own dedicated usb hub and only 1 dongle is plugged in at a time. Do not plug in multiple mice or dongles at the same time even if the mouse is off. Also make sure you have windows updated to the latest version Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5028851)

Could be the head you are using and I use an electric screw driver. You can get them cheap off of amazon in a kit.

The original uses a different cpu. Only the Pro, Pro max, and MOBA are the same
