But yet Biden took classified documents from when he was in Senate and when he was vice president and the FBI and Democrats claimed it was legal that he had permission even tho the law states only a president can declassified documents to take home. So should Biden be in jail as well then. The only difference was Trump did the legal process and had the documents declassified as a president which was legal, while Biden illegally declassified documents as senate and as vice president which was illegal because he wasn't a president, plus trump kept the declassified documents protected, while Biden sold classified documents to Ukraine China and to other countries where trump didn't.

When discussing the fact that this is the least impactful case, he and others fail to mention the reason this is going forward first - the Florida judge is slow walking the strongest, easiest to prove case, because she’s in his pocket and trying to make it so he can win the election then have his attorney general dismiss the case.
