Hi dr. Neil. I am diagnozed with heterophoria and convergence insufficiency. I regularly do exercises with Brock string, but it gives me a headache and blurry vision. Is it normal and should I continue or should I reduce the time spent on exercises?
Mathy, your eyes may not be ready for Brock String yet. For most patients, we have a series of activities before Brock String, as well as a series of more advanced activities after all levels of Brock String are mastered. If you have been working on it without progress, you may want to find an optometrist who provides Vision Therapy and can resolve your diagnoses

It's frustrating doctor's do not include domestic violence in brain injury. Causing more serious problems a decade later after pre-concussive repetitive blows (punch drunk) and getting worse as time goes on. Came here after an eye exam found reason to give me certificate for tinted windows for DMV. Just sad it's not mentioned more, looked at more seriously.
Yesh that's called CTE and it is a very "popular topic" so I think it's not mentioned with this concussion related issues to not scare ppl as a concussion is not the same as CTE. Punch drunk is a very old term for this if you are more interested in the topic look up CTE.
@@bendeguzvarga816 I've read all about it, seen the movie etc. it's not detectable till after death.
