- Today on Climbing Daily, we're catching up with American alpinist Colin Haley to talk about his recent exploits in Patagonia. Partnering up with Alex Honnold, Colin was able to successfully completed the infamous Torre Traverse in a record breaking 20 hours and 40 minutes. Colin made the first ever ascent of the Torre Traverse back in 2008 with Argentinian Rolo Garibotti, and he talks to us about what the route means to him, and the challenges the pair faced over the past two seasons on this awesome route.

If Alex decides to start doing a lot of alpine climbing, he'll turn that world upside down. He already has a Piolet d'Or, but he'd probably get another 10-20 of them.
Honnold wearing mountaineering gear. Is that ever gonna' look normal ?
Is that 5.10-.11 aid or free?
