We own one of these mixers. It works great with pre-mix sack create. This past summer we used it to mix 25 yards of concrete for a foundation and slab on grade at a remote island. It performed very well. This is a very useful tool and worth every penny!

I’ve seen this mixer being used to dry mix sand, gravel, cement and clay for rammed earth houses, apparently it’s a real game changer as the mixing and be done accurately and then lifted and positioned accurately and slowly into the rammed earth forms which is usually done by shovelling from the machines bucket.

Trying to be "respectful ".Tryed one of these( Brand-New) it WON'T mix more than 1/4 load of sand,gravel #57 limestone ( sized 3/4-/1 1/4") at a time ; and struggles at that. As for a "sack-crete" ( pea-gravel)mix it does Much better (up to a 60% capacity) as long it's "Super-soupy", but there is virtually very little "strength" to these mixes. Its applications are well diversifyed,and is a product Very Well built. It just Can't mix "REAL CONCRETE" very well.( pea-gravel mix -doesn't count).
I own this mixer it works pretty well with some very minor issues as with all of them such as it will not mix fully dry 3/4 rock it jams up the auger. It is a very good mixer though other then that!
Can you make a 15 foot chute for concrete dispensing

VERY dishonest and I'm VERY disappointed. If you use it to scoop and material is heavy, crete, salt, etc.. it will JAM. VERY very disappointed.
