That’s the hardest way I’ve ever seen concrete mixed 🤣🤣🙈

What is the minimum flow rate required to operate this unit?

We recommend 16 gallons per minute at 2,500 psi for the mixer to operate at its full capacity. It can run on less, but performance will be reduced.

Can it mix dry aggregates like 3/4'' road base/pit run + sand + cement without water?

Counted about 18 gallons of water to the 20 bags of mix. It should be 15 gallons. With that amount of water the concrete loses about 30% of its rated strength. So will the mixer handle concrete mixed properly?

Yep -- I noticed the same thing. It really wanted this machine to work for my needs, but it's not much of a mixer if the product has to be so wet. Why the heck can't they put a real mixing bar in there?

I've used mix from the same sort of kit on a Jcb 3cx site master, it was a dry mix of mortar for stone cladding 4:1 sand:portland cement. It mixed better then any other mixers. the best for keeping a team of bricks busy on a scaffold. I couldn't speak for it's mixing up ballast for concrete qualities though.

You can control the water to mix the concrete to your desire. It can handle a 1" slump.
