Honestly, I like to think dee down. He was fighting to avenge Bardock, Kind Vegeta, Gine, and the Saiyans, even though Frieza survived Namek's destruction.
If you haven't already I would definitely recommend it. Try DB Kai which cuts out all the filler that was in the original anime. The TFS parody is also very good btw, especially their take on the namek/freeza saga was hilarious (the bit at the end of the video was from that).

I can't say for sure if it's the same in Japan (I suspect it is), but for many a kid at the time, I would say that Frieza was the face of intergalactic evil in a way that not even Lord Vader was. He was an evil beyond any other, a worthy enemy for Goku. He was a bad guy who wrecked the good guys shit for episode after episode, requiring one of the most iconic transformations of all time to defeat. To this day, people still think of Frieza when talking about being a space emperor or having multiple forms. In short, Lord Frieza was the villain my childhood needed and deserved, and will always top my list of best Dragonball villains!

Tbh, this is the best if these things with this song and clips from the show. It matches well, it's well put together and it incorporates DBZ, the movies and Super which is really nice. The only issue is the bit at the end where you loop an extra bit in doesn't sound right. it would be better if you just had the starting Pwah part play again rather than the end and the beginning and then the end after the chorus.

Sure Frieza is a genocidal maniac on a galactic scale, but man he had to put up with so much shit in a single day, I'm surprised he didn't just retire to Space Monaco when he survived Goku's attack, as well as the destruction of Namek.
Is it me or can you hear Frieza say 'bang' in the background at 3:18 when he fires his death beam? If so, thats pretty cool, intentional or not.
