- Best Pizza Recipe You'll Ever Eat at Home! Simple Pizza Dough Recipe! Fast Tomato Sauce Recipe!
Dough Ingredients:
5 oz all-purpose flour (140 g)
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
3 fl oz warm water (90 ml)
Sauce Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1/3 of a hot green pepper
5-7 fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp oregano
3 tbsp olive oil
Half an onion
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Black pepper to taste
Pizza topping:
7 oz mozzarella cheese (200 g)
Few black olives
2 oz thinly sliced salami (60 g)
Bake pizza in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at 420 °F (210 °C)

I’ve been looking for an easy to make soft pizza dough. I made a test batch and it turned out great. I cooked it in a frying pan in the oven, and it slid right out of the pan when it was done. Tomorrow I double the recipe and make half salami for my wife and the other half vegetarian for her sister. Thanks so much for sharing this.

This absolutely works a wonder. Thank you for putting the time in to refine the recipe. I topped it with salami, mushrooms, pepperoni and red onion. I’m going to up the measures by 25% because I could only stretch it to 10” (probably my fault). As a starting point, this is going to make you the most popular member of the house 🤌❤

Hello, you can try on low heat, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, but then the cheese will not be ruddy, it is better to use a oven with convection or a oven with top grill. 🤗

I’m going to give this a try but I sure wish you’d say what the flour is in cups not ounces. Some of us still do not have food scales.

I used an American cup that has a volume of 250 milliliters. It is the standard European one. It's just that in some countries a cup is 200 ml, not 250. Therefore, if your dough is hard, just add +1-2 tablespoons of water.
