- Easiest homemade pizza without oven! (No oil) Won't buy pizza anymore if you know this recipe
*Ingredients
1. Dough (This dough recipe can make 2 pizzas)
12g (1tbsp) Sugar
200ml (0.85cups) Lukewarm water
4g （1/2tbsp） Instant yeast
300g (2cups) bread flour
6g (1tsp) Salt
2.Topping
2tbsp Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni (option)

Instead of cooking one side first and flipping it over, you can add your ingredients on the raw dough and cook it that way. Just make sure that your dough isn't too thick because it might not cook all the way through.

looks good. nice and easy for someone like myself in an appartment with no oven. I questioned if it was worth it considering I could get pizza from a number of places near by. I did the math and each pizza (plain cheese pizza) would cost roughly 1.60-2.30AUD. Pretty good for a personal sized pizza and with one shop from the store could yield about 13 pizzas before having to buy replacement ingredients. So from a scientific viewpoint, it is worth it, it is easy, and it looks tasty.

This recipe was a blessing because our oven is broken, and we don't have the money to buy one at this time. Anyway I made the pizza, and it came out delicious and crunchy from the bottom. I think I like it better than oven baked

I do the same but put it under a hot grill for 10 min to get that traditional gratin look on the cheese/dough and i find it also improves flavours and texture

Could you explain what exactly is it that you do? What do you mean by a 'gratin' look?
@@EnRaye To gratinate something means you put cheese on it and then cook it under a flame grill/broiler (part of your oven) to brown the top and give a a crispy texture.

That's insane! I didn't think it possible. Thank you for the easy, cheap recipe. I never thought I'd be able to make my own pizza seeing as I don't really have an oven unfortunately. Even if I could afford one, I wouldn't be allowed to get one. (The fire alarm goes off enough they won't even let people have ovens.)
