Hi I really like your course but how do you submit documents to the court? for example im taking my daughters mum to court to get a parental responsibility order and dont have a clue how to file it. i think your course is amazing but its missing this stuff

My Wife and I were Married for just 12 months when my Solicitor wrote Her a Letter and told Her "we are now separated for all Legal purposes" (because She fled home to India to have the Baby) She returned to live "in the same house" as me 17 months Later. Two years Later She got me kicked out of the House, Today, if She Divorces me, will She get the ownership of the family House ? ?
