Doesn't look better than the Polar, I wonder if it's good at night as the polar is. Otherwise price and availability maybe the only reason why to get this new camera.
In my personal opinion, the Nebula Pro is the camera to look for when it comes to the best relationship between price and quality, this and the polar are good enough for when you don't find the nebula pro
I bought a Runcam Mipi to replace the Nebula nano. Good decision. I am a beginner and the Nano image did not help to fly. Basically anything that is better than the Nebula Nano is worth showing. Especially that there are big problems with the availability of decent cameras for HD systems. Thanks for this video.

thank you. i ordered a second Polar. i fly at night times, so idc about features and quality. if some day in summer 2022 the good cams are available again, maybe i upgrade, but for now i use the polars with IR Leds as high beams.

The nebula pro is just about identical to the vista camera. Both amazing cameras and I won’t fly anything else.
i like the image, but is it any cheaper?
I know this might be out of topic, but I’m really looking into dive in fpv and I was wondering what is your advise between the Taranis qx7 (qx7s) and Radiomaster tx16 and tx12 respectively.

I re-watched this.
In the comparison section, you note that one of the cameras was "vista".
I thought the vista was the air unit lite.
By vista do you mean DJI camera that is 20 x 20 mounting?

Before runcam entered the digital scene, most people just knew the air unit lite as the "caddx vista" since no one knew that it was a unit rented out from DJI. But yes! The camera I'm referring to is the DJI one that originally came with the air unit lite.

Looks pretty good, I don't necessarily hate the saturation, the others look a bit muted by comparison, though I'd probably bump the Runcam down a bit. I'd follow on Insta, but I don't have an account there unfortunately, nothing Facebook related.

Vista hands down
I play competitive games like CSGO, where every MS matter. We gamers turn our computer screens into very saturated colors, as that allow our eyes and brain to react faster to what we see, so we can adjust the aim and shoot the enemie before they shoot back. So maybe Runcam have over saturated video feed to make it easier for your eyes and brain to react and adjust away from crashing.
That's a great point man. I'm pretty sure a lot of analog cameras actually do that for that exact reason. It helps you differentiate details and I think some people will actually like it. I personally like flying digital for how realistic the image can look which is why I prefer a little less. We need variety though!

Idk man this looked better than the pro in the side by side. Neither really resolved anymore details than the other and the runcamhss warmer and more pleasing colors. That's my opinion. Strictly image quality, there's no distinct advantage I'm seeing in the nebula pro

Simple to get Cadxx Vista pro back, you should leave the warehouses full of Runcam link, do not buy anything since only money understands these companies ciao bel video.😊😊

This is basically a Polar without the low light ability. Its not one of the cameras we are all waiting patiently to return. 120fps, 4:3 low latency or nothing at this point. Also misleading voltage range in the specs saying 17v not 26v like a vista.
Actually I think it's supposed to have good low light too! I just don't usually fly at night. I'm sure some tests will pop up soon
@@MattPochwat Yeah ok. Check out the Polar nano if you get a chance. Its in the same basket as all these 60fps cameras but may actually have the best image quality.

It's definitely mainstream! I personally don't think it'll ever be as affordable though. My guess is we'll always have to pay a premium for it. Hopefully as technology keeps advancing, the process don't get too much higher though!
